Reservations for The Skylark can be made two weeks in advance or feel free to call us at 212.257.4577, or email at info@theskylarknyc.com . Note that reservations will be allotted a 15-minute grace period prior to release. Guests should be 21 years of age or older.

Set thirty stories up in the heart of the 39th Street Fashion District, The Skylark delivers a classically-styled cocktail lounge with expansive panoramic views of the Hudson River, The Empire State Building and Times Square. Our Living Room can accommodate seated dinners for up to 26 guests with a private bar.

The Skylark is a few short blocks from both the Theater District and Madison Square Garden and is the perfect place for an after work cocktail, a light bite or a heartier fare before or after the theater, a concert or a game.

**In case there are no tables available, we encourage you to stop by and enjoy our communal bar area.

The food is good, the view magnificent. The waitress unbearable, not even time to drink my glass half that I am asked to take something else. Interruption while we are talking between us. Really unbearable

The waitress was clueless to what she was doing brought out hot beers took drink orders and brought only half of them to then tell us they don’t carry those things (Red Bull and regular corona) after we had to ask her.

Bar was decent with great service and good drinks at reasonable value. View was amazing at night. Good ambience with a real mix of people there. Didn't have food but the menu looked good and great value.

I’m a regular there. But the last time I was there I didn’t like the sit they gave us . For 4ppl we got 3 chairs only and I’ve asked for one more chair And there was an option for us, but the guys which worked that day on the hot position don’t want to deal with it. They girls always provide better service. And I felt weird , this is my favorite lounge in the city and I’m regular there for more than 4 years and the service I’ve got in my last visit and even it was my birthday wasn’t the best one.

We were sat quickly(11:45PM), but the waitress didn't arrive to quick. When she came we ordered a glass of champagne and asked if we could order an appetizer as well and we were informed that the kitchen was closing. We simply said ok. She walked away and never came back. 15 minutes later after watching her deliver drinks to the guest beside us, not once, but twice we decided to approach an individual who looked to be a manager. He apologized and within 5 minutes we finally received our drinks. No apology on her part though. The view was great, but service didn't match the atmosphere.
