Located in the heart of downtown Stratford, steps away from the Avon Theatre, The Starlight is loved by locals & tourists alike. Listed as one of Air Canada’s 2024 Best New Restaurants, our menu crafted by chef Yva Santini is perfect for sharing pre/post theatre and is inspired by classic comforts with a modern twist. Our kitchen is open late 7 days a week to make sure you can dine at anytime. To drink: think ice cold martinis, bourbon sours on tap & fan fave house canned cocktails, hyper local craft beers & a small but mighty wine list focused on classic and organic styles. The vibe is motel chic meets mid-century modern and once night sets in the candles are lit and the room transforms .. think old school piano bar meets 70's lounge. We host live music featuring local musicians EVERY weekend. Saturdays are local good time bands, Sundays are musician focused folk, jazz, singer songwriter, & mondays pianists jingle the keys on the vintage piano. We can't wait to host you!

Fabulous night at Starlight! Service was fantastic and the food was exceptional. We did not know that it would be happy hour and with the music it was somewhat loud for 6 women to talk. We just talked louder! Great night! Check it out!

An eclectic ambience with a delicious and diverse selection of small plate dishes. I would certainly go again.

I’ve booked for a party of 20 and for 4. I always request a nice quiet table away from the music so we can visit.

Our favourite spot for atmosphere (even better when they have live music), good and quick food to share and staff are great, super friendly, attentive and fun. Love Starlight!

Our experience was great here! The food was great, smaller portions, but great for snacks and a nice drink! I would definitely return and wish there was something like this in our town!
