Food was very nice and the music gave it a lively atmosphere without being too loud. Our only criticism was that the staff were not properly trained. No knowledge of the menu ( and it is not a large menu). It is a mistake to think that staff can be trained on the job. This is not really a criticism of the staff but of the management. Having said that we had a lovely evening and will definitely be back

I went for a lunch time meal for my birthday with my grandparents, both waitresses were lovely, meal was amazing I had the beef cheek and my grandparents shared the beef short rip which I also tried and both were outstanding. I also got a little birthday plate with a price of chocolate cake and a candle which a lovely touch. 100% recommend

Huge improvement with the reopening of the starr now as part of a successful group of restaurants. Excellent Sunday lunch with great live music, thoroughly enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing food and the venue looks amazing now. Really has a fancy London restaurant feel and really enjoyed our dinner last night. No negative’s… even sell champagne by the glass!

Unfortunately the food we chose was mediocre . While the fish and chips were generous, the batter was too thick. The beef bourgogne was pretty tasteless and the sauce thin. Service was amateurish and chaotic - we nearly finished our mains before wine arrived. To top it all they applied an automatic 12.5% service charge which was outrageous.
