Trendy new spot! Great bar, booths very cozy and intimate. Food is outstanding! Drinks were well crafted.

It was made to seem like this was an upscale restaurant, but it’s really more like a bar. The food we got was tasty, but we decided not to stay for dinner after drinks and apps. Things like watching the bartenders stand around talking and having to ask if our drink order was put in, or seeing that the menu had completely changed from previous reviews was disappointing. There was a miscommunication when we tried to order the sliders on Parker house rolls (as stated on the menu) but were told they didn’t do the PH rolls anymore. Then the server came back saying they had them, but we got an order of just the rolls, and were told the sliders don’t come out on them anymore. Again, food was tasty, but we were expecting a nicer restaurant, with better quality operations.

Esther was our server and she gave us some of the best service I have ever received! She was kind, answered all our questions, went above and beyond, and made she we were happy and taken care of! The food was phenomenal (I can’t stop thinking about the crispy pork ribs or the mac and cheese) and I really loved the atmosphere. My biggest gripe is that the drinks definitely weren’t worth the price. I probably would just get a soft drink or a glass of wine next time and save on the elevated cost of cocktails that were good, but again, not worth the price. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Service was great food was good just very loud inside but once the rush time cleared out it was nice.

The food was great. The service was OK since they just opened which is understandable. We had to wait a long time to get drinks and our food. I would go back and think service will improve the longer they are open. Menu was good and not overpriced.

Our wait staff was wonderful, knowledeable and friendly with a sweet smile. it was a quiet night at The Staesman with only a few tables. Drinks were outstanding served cold and elegant. The menu was underwhelming with few options.

Service was great the drinks where great Bar Tender/ Waiter Travis was a PRO on both sides of the Bar.

Bad execution do not recommend Bad food. Worst salad I ever had. Food did not come out together. Served a beef burger versus a vegan burger to a vegan and was going to charge for it with tip.
