I took my family of 4 and was going to be forced to buy overpriced entry’s for all of them. Their excuse is that the bar is closed and that is their policy. Well I’m not going to be forced to pay $500+ for a meal. Plus the dang restaurant doesn’t even rotate anymore. It also desperately needs an update as it looks like a dirty version of the restaurant I was at 20 plus years ago. There are certainly better ways to spend $500+ and I will not be going back for another 20 years.

I went for my honeymoon. The only thing worth seeing was the view. We ordered the 18oz steak, it tasted average, nothing special, apart from some mashed potatoes that tasted like cardboard. The kind you buy at the supermarket and make at home. For the money spent, it's not worth it. I recommend going for a drink and enjoying the view.

The sundial is a fantastic restaurant, especially for the views and ambience. The food is good, but definitely you’re paying for the service and view more than the quality of food.

It was so nice I love the way it is. I love the service and he replaced my grits with mashed potatoes and I said I don’t like grits.

Took my son here for Thanksgiving. Restaurant was dirty, my chair was broken and I had to exchange it myself. The table linen was so wrinkled you had to smooth it to set your glass down. The mortadella macaron was gross. My son’s short rib roast was dry. The sides were almost inedible. Very disappointed as the restaurant is in clear disrepair and not worth the $372 cost for two people to dine. The staff was friendly enough, but not high end service personnel. Westin needs to reinvest in this potentially amazing establishment with its stunning views.

An amazing way to celebrate granddaughter's 18th birthday! The view from 72 floors in the air created an atmosphere of no boundaries for what she can do in life! Our server Michael made the entire birthday dinner one she will never forget. His warm and personable manner made our dining experience perfect!

I recently visited The Sundial Restaurant for the second time, hoping for an exceptional experience while celebrating my father’s 60th birthday. Unfortunately, the evening fell far short of expectations for a fine dining establishment. While the views are undeniably beautiful and my father thoroughly enjoyed his tomahawk steak (kudos to the chefs), the overall experience was marred by outdated decor, filthy bathrooms, and unprofessional service. The hostesses were particularly rude, which set a negative tone for the evening. Having dined at upscale restaurants in Atlanta and across the country, I hold fine dining to a high standard, where service plays a critical role. Spending $347 (plus a 20% tip) should come with a level of professionalism and attentiveness that was completely lacking. I strongly recommend management address these issues, as this was an incredibly disappointing experience for such a special occasion. While I hoped to share a memorable evening with my father, I was instead left feeling disrespected and underwhelmed. Fine dining is about more than just the food—it’s the entire experience—and The Sundial needs significant improvement to meet the standard it claims to uphold.

This was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had at a supposed to be fine dining restaurant the food was undercooked and then when we got our entrees they were ice cold the melted butter had gelled up it was so cold so we complained and the manager Candice Kay looked at us like we were crazy and didn’t offer any kinda restitution and we ask to have our bill took care of considering we had only two glasses of wine and a undercooked crab cake we didn’t eat they still charged us for the undercooked crab cake and wine this was miserable
