Suite à une rénovation complète récente, le restaurant The Sun Dial a rouvert le 13 août et invite les convives à profiter de son établissement haut de gamme moderne et de sa vue imprenable.

Tournant à 67 m au-dessus de Peachtree Street, The Dial Sun est le seul restaurant à trois niveaux d'Atlanta qui offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur les toits de la ville. First time dining here. Came from out of town too visit sun dial. My server name was Billy(BJ). My server was highly uninterested in serving us (a party of 2) we waited 45 minutes for food that never came. Our server didn’t communicate with us on why our food was taking so long or offered any refills or just checked in too see if we were okay. After the disappointment the manager Judy took care of our bill and we ended choosing too leave with to go boxes of food. Mrs. Judy did offer us dessert drinks or more food but, we declined. We came for the experience not free food in to go boxes. Amazing view and place but, definitely need a great server that’s interested in serving you and lets you know you chose the right restaurant.

Me and my wife went there got dressed up and all. There were people dressed in sweatpants and jeans hanging half way down their rear end . Service was terrible, took two hours to get our food and then we finally did get it and the order was completely uncooked which cause me to not have my entree and just take a couple bites of my wife’s dinner. The sad thing is that the place wasn’t even busy but horrible service, horrible food, and way over priced for the quality of the food. Defiantly was not classy like it’s suppose to be. We will never go there again. And on top of that people that came after us got their food way before we did. Just so disappointing.

First, they need to change the name. The restaurant no longer rotates, so Sundial is no longer appropriate. We are staying at the Westin. I didn't get the room view I paid for. And when we were seated in the restaurant it was the exact same view as our room. The staff acted like it was a big inconvience when I explained that and asked for a different table. The next table was albmost the same view, except there was a 2 foot wide pillar right at the table, so the view were obscured. The staff was disinterested. The food is overpriced and midiocre, like always. I've been here several times with guests from out of town, as was the case this time well. Without the restaruant rotating, it is nothing special.

Wonderful restaurant for special occasions. The most beautiful views of the city. Food was great also ! But those views are what I would go back for.

Food was delicious. Drinks were awesome. Atmosphere was great! Truly enjoyed the dinner.

The Filet was ordered by all my guest and they haven’t stopped obsessing over such a wonderful meal. Billy was off the chart type of server that kept the table supplied well. The 7 layer chocolate cake was delicious adorned with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was the best.

The elevator ride up the exterior of the building was an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, the host greeted us promptly and escorted us to our table, where we were served by Michael, who has been with the restaurant for 39 years. His kindness and expert recommendations for both drinks and food made the evening even more memorable. We enjoyed the fish special and a ribeye, both of which were exceptional, with generous portions true to Southern tradition. The sunset view was nothing short of breathtaking. We’ll definitely be returning! Cheers to you Michael!
