Love it their food, wine and vibes are amazing! Can’t wait to go again. I have been for a normal 3 course meal and a Sunday roast and both were to die for!

Booked a table for a family Sunday lunch. All was excellent: great Sunday roasts with generous portions; great selection of wines as well as tasty cider and much appreciated Guinness. And very importantly, impeccable and friendly service. Impressive!

It was a bit mixed in terms of overall experience. I am only going to dwell on the positive. I had the cod and it was delicious. I have been before and it was better but, will be happy to try again.

What a lovely, friendly pub in a great location! We went for a family get together and it was just perfect. The food was outstanding even though the kitchen was having tech difficulties with their fryer, temporarily, and the suggested replacement options were delicious. The ingredients were top quality, flavours were amazing and dishes were beautifully presented. We advised when reserving that we were bringing our dog and they allocated a brilliant table at the back where she could tuck in and feel secure. It was very comfortable and the decor is lovely. Our waitress was quick and helpful and service was great, including a lovely warm personal welcome from the manager. A bit pricey but great value for what it was, and we would definitely recommend. It was packed on a Wednesday, though so I think the word is out! Thanks to all who made it a lovely evening.
