Love going back to The Swan Hotel before football games - always good value and ambiance. Hoping to return many more times.

Food was just terrible quality. Basic kids burgers were not even fit for human consumption. Was a really disappointing experience.

I had no table reserved for me when I arrived even though I booked for a table of 20 at least a month ago. The manage was so rude and degrading when I asked why I didn’t have a table and didn’t help at all.

We had a booking which eventually got us in but we were told to line up with people who had no booking until I became a bit of a hassle and they let me in for my booking - there was no actual table for us but we were just happy to be in by then

Security and bouncers were extremely rude and aggressive. Not only did they feel it was ok to man-handle/assault women who were complying with their requests but they persistently verbally abused people yelling disgusting comments and had absolutely no respect for any customers. I had a booking for a table and was declined entry being told I had to go to the back of the line and that bookings weren't relevant. No capacity limits were being followed and absolutely no safety measures in place, covid or otherwise. Was an awful experience and I am completely in shock at the way they treat the people keeping them in business, security are there to keep people safe yet these security were doing the exact opposite.
