Really lovely roast and service. Still needs to sort the lighting out tho could be so much more cosy with out such bright lights

Thank you for the kind 5* review Sarah. We apologies that on this occasion is was brighter than usual, there was a set of cleaning lights mistakenly turned on that had then got stuck on. Normally we only have the centre warm chandelier on, which combined with our lamps and warm fire leave a nice atmosphere. We appreciate on this occasion it was quite harsh, and hope to see you again soon.

We had 5 kids and 3 adults and all had a great lunchtime. Lovely pizzas and roasts and fantastic service

Fantastic food!! Good service pleasant surroundings but on this particular afternoon oh so noisy!!! And it wasn’t kiddies!!

Excellent Sunday Lunch at The Swan Felsted. Great menu and roast dinner meats were tender and delicious with huge portions. Great service and lovely to see it so busy.

Absolutely loved our time at the Swan , from the minute we arrived was taken to our lovely table , brilliant service and food and drink , lovely atmosphere, excellent value for money,roaring open fires very warm and inviting, thank you so much was a lovely afternoon !

Ignored on arrival and ridiculous trying to pay the bill. Apparently new staff. Suggest they’re not left to deal with customers until they’re able to.

Our team works extremely hard to provide excellent service and felt they had looked after you all throughout the meal - even working alongside the Chef and organising a dish completely off of the menu for your table. But, we do acknowledge that new staff can face challenges whilst training which occured upon paying your bill and had a delay that was inconvenient for you. We’ll ensure they receive their continued training to prevent any future issues. We value your loyalty and hope to welcome you back soon for the experience you’ve come to expect from us and have enjoyed on many different occasions.

Loved the food, probably the best garlic bread ive ever had! Massive portions :) Great value for money. Lovely cocktails and great choice of music in the background. Had a great evening. Will definitely be back.

The food is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We have Been a few times an it's always good. Loved it and will be back soon.
