The atmosphere is awesome. Modern country cabin, stone etched walls etc. Waitress was awesome as well. I did try the 30/30 aged stake and for 85$ a plate, I expected it to be more than what it was. Sorta dry, lacked flavor, etc.. Other menu options as far as appetizer, deserts, and wife’s salmon were all worth it and good.

Been coming to Tailwater since 2017. The food is beyond delicious. Portion size is awesome. The waitstaff is outstanding!!!!

The food was great, and the waitress was excellent going out of her way to highlight my mom for her important birthday. We would definitely go back.

Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was fresh and delicious. The selections for drinks was quite good.

The atmosphere and decor were very nice. Very clean to. The waitresses were very pleasant and helpful. The food was outstanding! The complex is very large, we had just a little difficulty finding the entrance to the restaraunt. Although it was nighttime, and we were in blizzard conditions. Highly recommend tailwater for a fine cuisine experience. Another plus is the tables aren't jammed together. They're nicely spaced. And the chairs are extremely comfortable.

Great New Year’s Eve experience. Friendly staff, good food, and wonderful cocktails. Fresh house-made whipped cream made the carrot cake for dessert.
