It's lovely to dine at Hotel Bethlehem. It's so pleasant to sit by the windows and watch the activity on Main St.

The mussels and beet salad were delicious. The shrimp tempura needed help, but it was good. We had a cocktail of pear and rosemary, was very good

Food was so so, particularly for the price at $50/person and a buffet. Would’ve preferred something a la cart but that’s not available apparently between 10a-2p on Sunday’s.

The omelet was over cooked and hard. Just not what I expected from this place. Waitress was very nice but service was slow. I think she was the only waitress on

We enjoyed our time at the Tap Room very much. The cocktails and mocktails were well crafted. The New England Clam Chowder, appetizers, beet salad, halibut and meatloaf were on point. The setting inside the hotel takes us back to our youth and allows us to very much appreciate as adults. Thank you Hotel Bethlehem for a wonderful dinner and stay!
