We had a 730 event next door and made a 6pm res. We received our food at 705. My risotto was a mushy and overcooked and tasteless. Super disappointed. My husband had the burger and said it was the best burger he's ever had.

Mediocre food, terrible service. I’m honestly shocked at how bad our server was. The food was just ok. The baked Brie was mostly butternut squash. The truffle risotto wasn’t well flavored. The salmon was a solid B.

First, we love the ambiance. Family female group - 3 generations. Food: perhaps a bit more savory, balance wise. All great, just a bit too many sweet versus savory, since this was lunch at 1pm. We had a 6 yr old in group, would be nice to include her hot chocolate, like our tea, in charge.

If you have great memories of Christmas Tea at the Heathman it’s best to just hang on to them. The current tea has an unusual mix of savory options including a deep fried crab roll and a salmon cream cheese cone. Despite it being one of the first tea services, most items seemed like they were made to last over multiple days. The children’s tea was a PBJ carrots and celery, a cookie and yogurt. My seven year old granddaughter was puzzled at the obvious differences between the children’s and adult tray. Extra charges for kids hot chocolate added to the dissatisfaction. Our waitress was nice, but too busy to refill our tea water. Book elsewhere.

Very special way to begin the holidays with tea at the Heathman. Everything was delicious and beautiful. For my own tastebuds, I would've preferred more savory and less sweet--the roe in a fried crepe was superb, as were all the savory treats. The only thing missing were the classics--watercress and/or cucumber sandwiches on dark bread, which I love!

This was an amazing day for us! The tea and food was fantastic! We absolutely love the Heathman Christmas Tea!! They do an amazing job! The service this year was outstanding! Thank you!! We will be back again next year!
