The Terrace is Chef John Fraser's American brasserie located in The Times Square EDITION. From theatergoers and power meetings to dinner parties and big brunches, our all-seasons garden restaurant offers an unexpected oasis for locals and tourists alike, nestled just steps away from New York City's most iconic intersection. The seasonal menu marries the innovation of contemporary cooking with a respect for American culinary traditions, all while emphasizing locally sourced ingredients from regional farmers and purveyors. Brasserie classics share space with a wide variety of vegetable-forward offerings, a signature cooking style of Chef Fraser's.

We are located on the 9th floor of The Times Square EDITION, entrance on the north side of 47th Street just east of 7th Avenue.

Waiters were so professional! All the staff. They all were very kind and welcoming. I am going back to this restaurant which has become one of my favorite. The food was incredible as well, did not take long to be served and was delicious!

Love the ambience and impeccable service. Elegant, romantic, refreshing. All the rest can be improved on 2 notches at the least.

It was quite sad the food their is amazing we have been before the service impeccable we decided on the burgers for main course we ordered them medium they came out so overdone they were horrible not understanding how a limited menu and a caliber for serving amazing food that this can even happen and it was down to both of our meals

A perfect place for a quiet, lovely lunch. (We went on Tuesday - so no matinee traffic.)

I went to the terrace restaurant several times during my stay at the Edition. The garden brunch out on the terrace was fabulous. Wonderful spread and entertainment. I had dinner in the restaurant twice. I had the same waiter all 3 times and he was fantastic. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

For third visit here i remain unimpressed. Food not very good. Even with their small servings i dont finish my plate. Plus it’s overpriced for what you get. My friend loves the place for it’s ambience so we go but last night will be my last visit there Menu remains uninspired

It wasn’t what I expected. They had smoked salmon out for a while and it wasn’t chilled. The shrimp and oyster are barely replaced. It took them 15 mins to recognize us. It was cute , but I will never return for brunch. Dinner id have to check it out.

Such a beautiful restaurant. Our waiter Joel was so nice and friendly. He found out it was our daughter’s birthday and brought out a little dessert for her. Such a great experience. Not from the area but would definitely go back if I were.
