The fine dining restaurant 1215 at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. All tastes are carefully considered with wellbeing at the heart of everything we produce. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

    The manageress of the Terrace Restaurant was excellent And made us feel very welcome She was very professional and very friendly The food was excellent We enjoyed the whole experience Our first time at the hotel Regards Martin berriman

    Very enjoyable lunch at the terrace , lovely atmosphere there was a guy playing guitar & singing .Delicious food & drinks and very good friendly service

    We visited the terrace for a drink and early evening snack. The layout overlooking the gardens is very pleasant and we had a nicely situated table. The staff were very friendly (and numerous) and whilst things appeared a little uncoordinated, it did not detract from the enjoyment. We had a cocktail and then wine and a beef burger and caesar salad with chunky chips. The quality was fair and did not justify the premium pricing. The burnt cheesecake was a disappointment. Overall, attention to detail might have been expected to be greater: mismatch in wine glasses, partially filled dish of almonds and olives with cocktails. It was an enjoyable evening, but felt like poor value. We will not rush back.

    The standard of service/attentiveness was extremely poor given the, quite rightly highly rated, nature of the hotel. The food on the day was of poor quality and the delivery of. the food was haphazard!
