   This is a hotel restaurant and the effort they put into the food and the service is pretty low. Our food arrived very late and it tasted rather bland. However they did take 50% off the bill because of the late food arrival which was a positive.

   The Terrace is inside the Springhill Hotel. It’s really nice but small. We had a hard time finding comfortable seats. We went on Valentine’s Day. They were real busy and had a limited crew. Besides all of that it was a pleasant experience. The staff was really nice and tried very hard to take care of their customers. We had the New York Steak and it was perfect. We would definitely go again on a non holiday and less busy to see if the service is better. Again we were really well taken care of but if you’re going to a movie or somewhere else, it could cause a problem.

   A very nice restaurant, that’s on property, where we were all able sit and visit after a family funeral

   Again! Best place in Auburn for relaxing outdoor dining. We appreciate the low key and (sort of) quiet ambience. (There’s not much to be done about the freeway noise, but we’re glad there’s no loud music.) We ordered flatbread pizzas and salad, and that kind chef, Adil, once again topped out dinner with a platter of fresh fruit. We LOVE this place.

   We are thrilled to have this quality dining in Auburn!! For my birthday, 5 couples met at the lovely Springhill Suites Terrace for Happy Hour and dinner. Imagine: a beautiful patio with the Sierra as the background. Peaceful, no background noise, and a view forever. We were seated at two tables, and Jess, our server, efficiently handled water, drink orders, table service. Dinner options are plentiful, from starters to dessert. Our meals were prepared by Adil in the outdoor kitchen, just steps away. Delivery was exactly right and perfectly plated. Among our group we ordered flatbread pizza, falafel wrap, quinoa salad, pasta, caprese salad, and waygu burgers. Everything was delicious and fresh. Portions are large and several took home a take out box. To my surprise, at the end of the evening, the staff brought me a beautifully decorated plate with a warm brownie, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate. And they sang…very well!! To end the perfect evening, Chef Adil brought us plates of fresh fruit to share. I can’t wait to go back!

   This is a very minimal restaurant: no real indoor tables - just counters and coffee tables. Outdoor seating is good, but temperatures and evening mosquitoes vary. Service was excellent. There are only 4-5 actual dinner entrees, one of which is a burger - which was not meaty and was undercooked. Salads were good. I imagine breakfast is a better situation. But if the hotel wants this restaurant to thrive and attract locals as well as hotel guests, they'll have to up their game a bit.

   The food was delicious, service was excellent and catered to our 6 children3 adult party with Easter activities. Our children completely enjoyed their brunch experience!
