The Top Hat Restaurant & Bar is lovingly inspired by the famous London Monopoly board and is open to everyone, whether you’re playing the game at Monopoly Lifesized, or just want to enjoy one of our signature cocktails and some delicious food.

We offer favourites like burgers, wings, fish & chips, and Sunday Roasts, all with a hint of gameplay and a special Monopoly twist…

So whether you choose our famous Cash Cow Beef Burger, served with skin-on chips and all the trimmings, or pick one of our vegetarian and vegan specialities, like Raise the Steaks, our cauliflower steak with chilli, coriander, chickpea salsa & coconut yoghurt dressing, you’re sure to be satisfied with our freshly cooked comfort food. Firstly, Jessie the waitress was lovely and looked after us. We booked in for 1pm for a party of 8 and the food was great. What didn't work for us was that whilst the starters appeared on time and well cooked, we had to wait ages for the main course which I received at around 14.45. We had asked for speedy service as we were going to a show and the waitress thought it would be fine, but clearly something didn't go well in the kitchen to cause such delayed and the waitress was embarrassed. The venue is great, the food was great but given that I had to rush my food after an unreasonable wait wasn't really acceptable. To the restaurants credit they provided a discount and free drinks which I was grateful for but I just would prefer to have had everything work out properly in the first place. I would go back as I believe that this was unusual for the restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic as always. I would always recommend rolling the dice for a drink choice, brings a lot of fun to the table

Service was quite slow considering the restaurant wasn’t busy. The menu is limited. That said, we had a great time and enjoyed the themed touches and a variety of cocktails. The food is very tasty indeed and reasonably priced considering the location. I would come again.

Overall we had a nice time. We had to wait a long time to be served but this didn’t matter too much. We would return as the food was very good.

We had an amazing time at Tops bar & Restaurant. The staff were so friendly and happy and we felt very relaxed. There was a situation with another customer in the restaurant and the staff handled it very professionally. We would definitely go back. We also had 25% off the whole bill due to a generous donator in the restaurant who gave us their monopoly voucher! The prefect end to our day.

Food and drinks were great. The staff were really friendly, and service was fast - so we could go and play the game after dinner. We ordered the steak and the burger, and both were excellent.

Fantastic experience eating here for my daughter's birthday. Service was excellent, particularly from Jessie, meal was very much enjoyed by the kids especially and we had a little birthday celebration to finish our meal. Loved the Monopoly references too... May try to include the game next time! 😀

Food was awful, dry overcooked steak and dry overcooked chicken on the children's chicken burgers. Would not recommend

I hadn’t realised when I booked that the restaurant was attached to a game experience. We weren’t playing a game but we did not find that it detracted from the restaurant experience. The food was exceptional for the price (esp in central London), and the service was excellent. The menu is relatively small but there is something for everyone, and what they offer they do exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend and will be going back at some time in the future.
