Great food service was confused and lacking. We had made a note about a time constraint and had hoped for fast service but they took a long time to come take our order and kept giving us different information. First an order of rice was enough for 2 people then it wasn’t. I wanted to order something marked gluten free on the menu only it wasn’t. Thank goodness they checked. We ordered an appetizer but it never came and our food was very slow to come out. It was not busy. The manager was clearly trying and doing her best to be attentive. I would definitely get take out here again but likely wouldn’t dine in.

The food is always excellent. The service was lacking due to the overwhelming numbers. Had never seen it that crowded. Obviously, a lot of people like it and it was open on Christmas eve.

Treasury has undoubtedly become a popular spot for parties among Indians, offering a vibrant ambiance and a place to gather. However, the food experience leaves much to be desired. The attempt at fusion cuisine often falls flat, with the taste and quality failing to meet expectations. Despite the premium pricing, the dishes lack the refinement and preparation one would expect at such rates, making the overall experience feel underwhelming. As someone who values good food, I revisited after two years, only to find it more expensive and still not living up to the hype. The inflated prices coupled with subpar quality detract significantly from the appeal of the venue. While the atmosphere may draw crowds, the lackluster culinary offerings undermine the experience. For a place that markets itself as premium, there’s a pressing need to elevate the taste, preparation, and overall food quality to truly justify its reputation. I won’t go here again (sorry guys lost me as a customer)

We were seated for about 30 minutes before someone came to take our order. The waiter seemed frazzled, so maybe they were short staffed. Our kofta were cold. We ate two, but it was not very good. There were two kofta left. The manager quickly offered to remake it. When he brought it back, there were two kofta. It made me wonder if they simply reheated the two. I had left. It was nice and hot, however. I probably would have approached it differently, but it was fine. We have only had good experiences at the restaurant otherwise.

Menu is interesting, it’s an Indian restaurant but they also have separate Greek menu so a lot of options. Food was good. Service was so so bad. They were understaffed but still had to keep asking to bring out drinks and take our order, no one knew what was going on.

For the prices they charge, service (attentiveness, how quickly and orderly food comes out etc) is well below par. Food is also middle of the road. There aren’t a lot of great Indian food options in the greater Boston area and Treasury is relatively speaking, one of the better ones but nothing compared to truly good Indian food you’ll find in NYC, London and in India itself.

We had the worst experience this time around at Treasury. We waited 1 hour to get our food and then we ended up getting main course first before the appetizers and drinks. The server was super confused. Got the appetizer without sauces and by tge time we got the sauces the appetizers were cold. Overall a very poor experience
