   We had a 10 person reservation that they were able to accommodate on a very busy night. The food came out in 2 batches due to our party size but our server was attentive. They have a cool place with exposed brick and hidden bookshelf doors!

   Our server was really great! Even while hustling around all these tables and people, he ran outside to give me the dessert I ordered and forgot to take! We appreciated how quick and friendly he was.

   Food was amazing! I got the Chicken and Waffles and it was the best I’ve ever tasted from anywhere. I will be back!

   The service was not great. They only seem to have a couple servers in the area we were sitting. When they brought the pretzels, I had to get up and get silverware and plates for us. When they brought the pretzels, the cheese was not even warm - it was like congealed we had to have them heat it up again for us. We ordered the roast beef Manhattan and it was lukewarm. Aren’t those meals supposed to be hot? That’s the reason I didn’t give them a very good rating. I have a feeling the food was sitting and cooling off while they were waiting for the servers to bring the food to our table. The only resolution they gave us is they would talk to the cooks.

   Bloody Mary was delicious. I could easily drink many more! The Troll fries are delish. Unfortunately, the fish and chips had fish that seemed overly oily. The coleslaw is a marinated style of slaw—honestly, standard mayo based coleslaw would have been ideal. No one raved about their meals, but my husband seemed satisfied with his sandwich. Our server was incredibly nice, but demands on his time, or not knowing how to balance several tables meant exceptionally long gaps in seeing him. We were dining with friends that we hadn’t seen in over a year, so thankfully we had plenty of conversation.

   Must try - the beer cheese and pretzels - awesome! Great choice of salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups and entrees. Our server was accurate and attentive enough - not enough to interrupt our great visit with friends. We like everything we have tried - especially the salads.

   Saw this place Really rebuild its clientele and improve itself with the new GM. It was packed but our server was great and the food was awesome.

    We gave Troll Pub a second chance at managements request. Our experience this time was great all around. The service each time has been great. This time the food was much better! We went on a night that it wasn’t so busy and everything came out quickly and the food was good…no complaints around the table! So we good we tried the brownie Sunday… a new favorite. Really good!
