The setting is beautiful, it very noisy in the restaurant, the food was nice when it evetually came, the waitress was very pleasant but the time element of the service was very poor, waiting 30 minutes between courses, drinks that didn't arrive and having to ask twice for last course.

Second time of going for afternoon tea. Customer service is fantastic, food is delicious and Unlimited hot drinks . We’ll definitely be going back.

Menu online was not what we were served. Do not do Sundsy lunch. However the food from the limited menu was of good quality

I thought the service was amazing, all staff could not have been more helpful. The view was lovely and the restaurant extremely clean and tidy. The food was a little disappointing. We had afternoon tea. The sandwiches had minimal filling and the cake choices were okay but why chose to give a pre made mini scone as part of the cake selection when we already had scones on the third tier was a little thoughtless. I would have liked to see an almond slice or something different but that’s just my opinion. The scones were a bit dry which was a shame because they looked lovely. Thank you to all the staff that waited on us.

Had a lovely meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. Staff really friendly and helpful especially when asked about a couple of changes to the meal. The Eton mess was delicious! Would recommend.

Very poor lunch menu , rang and asked for champagne to be chilled and it wasn’t, too many young staff who aren’t experienced.

Views, food and service were all great. Only issue was the tables being too close together and music too quiet so couldn’t really talk above a whisper.
