Came on Sunday night at 5:15 and the restaurant was a club with loud music, a crowd of people and while we were dining smoke machines kept going off. I could understand if we had dined around 9pm, but to have a club scene at 5:15 is ridiculous. We will not be returning.

The entrees came before appetizers,we need to ask for plates and utensils,very loud music inside,we were moved outdoors.

It was good but because I went during St. Patrick’s Day the food did come a little late but my server did accommodate us which was nice of him.

The waiter was great considering he works the bar. Food was not good did not have a couple of items on the menu and we closed the restaurant at 8pm! It’s considered off season but we’ll never return

First off, no parking. The menu we got in the restaurant was a fraction of what we saw online. The place was pretty empty and the service was poor. The food was good but the prices were insane for basic “bar food”. $22 for a burger? C’mon

Was disappointed because food we ordered was not available (Tuna, Fried Lobster) we should have been notified of this when we ordered…they claim to have not gotten a delivery. As a replacement I ordered a burger cooked medium and it came out well done. To the managers credit he did give us a credit for the bill and a gift card for a future visit.

This was our first time visiting the Ugly Duckling and they did not disappoint. When we first walked in we were a little confused if we just sit anywhere or wait to be seated. They were a little busy so we allowed for someone to see us to sit. We sat our table near the DJ. We were greeted by the staff immediately asking if we wanted water and then by the waiter. Our waiter Layla was awesome from start to finish. She was quick with the drinks, friendly & professional. We made it on time for brunch. The food was delish!! Pancake tacos were so filling, the calamari was fresh! The drinks come with ducks in them, favorite drink was the frozen strawberry margarita!! Definitely will be going back

We celebrated my daughters birthday with friends and everything was excellent- food, service staff- highly recommend and will definitely return
