The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

My wife had the bison and I had the swordfish. Both were outstanding!! The server was very helpful with gluten-free and wheat-free options for my wife. I treated myself to the flight of bourbons and would recommend it highly to anyone who partakes!

The ambiance at Urban Stillhouse is like no other. A Rustic, warm decor with a large stone fireplace climbs the two story main room connecting the cozy upper balcony level with its own bar area. Despite it size Urban Stiilhouse is very inviting and intimate. We’ll be back!

No complaints what do ever, parking is right but free Valet if you want. Service was professional, they are not in a hurry to get you out of there. It's not a bargain by any means, about 100.00 per person minimum all in. Food was spot on, Service was just as good. The place is as nice as any venue in the City if not the best. It's a home run, just be prepared to pay for it. Just about perfect all the way around, I totally recommend!

We had a fantastic experience. The food and service was great and the restaurant is decorated beautifully for Christmas. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and everyone in our party had a wonderful time.

This restaurant is always an exceptional experience. Our server Mac was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond any and all expectations! He listens to you makes sure you are having everything you want and more. If you have a military back round civilian or not I suggest you mention that. Mike will take very good care of you. They are very grateful for anyone who has served for our country. This restaurant is a must for many reasons. Tom went above and beyond to be sure our party was happy due to the restaurant running a bit late.

Bison filet and lamb chops were amazing. Also great sides in goat cheese potatoes and broccolini. Desserts also great- pineapple upside down cake, chocolate cake and beignets! Restaurant provides a great vibe with fireplace and gift store. We bought the dirty habit old fashioned that we’ll try today!
