The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Our reservation was ready right on time. Waitstaff were very knowledgeable and helpful with menu items and prompt with taking orders and delivering food. Starters of veal meatballs and octopus were amazing! Main dish of striped bass and side of au gratin potatoes were delicious! Great cocktail and wine list, too. The ambiance is one of my most favorites in St . Petersburg - like being in an Aspen lodge. I’ll definitely be going back.

The bison steak is always what I get and it was perfect last night. Good wait staff and beautiful surroundings.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Food was delicious with unique menu options. The ambience and atmosphere was warm, rustic, and chic. Great experience!

Our server, Blake, and her assistant, Jordan, were outstanding. The Manager, Michael, learned our Son was attending one of the US Military Academies and he went out of his way to introduce our Son to two other guests who recently graduated from that same Academy. Very kind and thoughtful.

We went here for an anniversary and they did not let us down. The two bartenders were top notch, Nelson I believe and I cannot recall the name the other bartender told us. Everything was on point and we will definitely be back!

Truly amazing Yellowstone lodge feel ! The fire and wood smells from the wine barrels set the tone. The bar, service and food were phenomenal on a busy NYE night. We will be back soon

Always a great time. Food and Drinks are always top notch. The servers are always very friendly and strive to do the best they can

We dined for New Year's Eve with my boyfriend and his adult son and the experience was amazing. We sat at the downstairs bar area which has the most comfortable bar chairs. The drinks were fabulous and the bartender even created a special drink for us when we couldn't decide what we wanted. The food was amazing! We had the spinach and smoked gouda dip as an appetizer and then shared the mains of lamb chops and bone in bison filet, We finished the dinner with the chocolate mouse. It was a special dinner for a special occasion and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
