The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

My appetizer wasn't the best choice. I had the octopus and the way it was made was more cheesier than I expected. The bison was great and the shrimp was great. The old fashioned was awesome and the Pineapple upside-down cake wasn't my best choice. The espresso martini was great.

Great atmosphere. Food took a bit to come out. Our servers were great. AMAZING cocktails. We would come back.

The hostess called me day of to confirm and I let her know we may have one additional person to which she said no problem. Well upon arrival, I was told it was a problem. We were seated 15 minutes past our reservation time. We were not asked if we wanted to order drinks when we sat down, we had to wait quite a bit for waiters to come by and had to prompt them to let us place drink orders. Appetizers were ok. Mains came out at different temperatures and portion sizes (three at our table for the same dish, one person had what looked like double the portion). My main (lamb) was great flavor but the meat was ice cold. Overall the meal was lackluster, and after spending $150 per person without tip, I won’t return for dinner but the cocktails were superb.

Food quality was great but portions were small. Additional side dishes are around $16 each. We felt rushed and for $300 at a restaurant wanted to spend a little longer than 90 minutes. We feel it is getting too commercialized with very high turnover of dining guests.

We had an amazing meal with our party of 8 in a private room . Service was outstanding as well as each meal.
