Guest Chef Jason Stoneburner, renowned for his handmade pasta, stone oven cooking, and deep connection to the region’s farmers, foragers, and fishing community, will partner with our Chef Jason to craft an exquisite multi-course menu. Together with Chef Jason's innovative Methow Valley culinary vision, this collaboration promises an unforgettable night of artfully prepared dishes and wine pairings, along with exceptional hospitality. Limited seating. $135 per person plus taxes and gratuity paid at time of reservation. Cancellation refunds granted 48 prior to event.

Join Casia Lodge on Saturdays from 1-5:00 pm for a traditional High Tea service. Enjoy specialty teas, with hand-crafted sweet and savory bites in the Veranda or by the fireplace. $42 per person. Prepayment is due at time of booking. Refunds are honored if cancelled 48 hours in advance. After 48 hours a gift certificate in the amount of the prepayment will be issued.

My husband and I went to Casia Lodge for a Valentine's Day dinner. Their 4 course meal was impressive, with interesting flavors that I never tried before and we enjoyed each dish. My favorites were the soup, steak, and chocolate dessert. I also loved the decaf french press coffee I had with my dessert. Our server was polite, professional and let us enjoy our date dinner. Overall, we received an excellent dinning experience at Casia Lodge. I highly recommend it!

A magical dining experience. Arrive early to enjoy a cocktail from the historic pub bar while soaking in the magnificent valley view and crackling fire. Every dish was unique and masterfully prepared. The service made us feel like family friends. A perfect evening deserving 10 stars.

This is an exceptional restaurant located in a beautiful lodge-setting reminiscent of the Dutton ranch in the series “Yellowstone”. The ambiance and attentiveness from the staff set the mood for what has been one of the best food experiences in the Methow Valley. The menu items from start to finish exceeded all our expectations. The absolutely delicious gem salad and “dancing” bonito flakes in the Brussels sprout salad to the perfectly cooked elk dish which took center stage of all our dishes. It’s a dining experience not to be missed. We’ll be back again.

A gem. Unexpectedly wide menu choices for such a small and remote location, creative and delicious execution, surprises, great wine pairing, knowledgeable and attentive service and great ambience. A meal to remember.

We enjoyed the pre fixe NYE menu to ring in the new year and celebrate my partner’s 50th birthday. Lovely, but not overly present service. Thoughtful, well-presented dishes. Excellent portion sizes (I even took some steak home). The price was so reasonable for the the quality of the meal. My partner is pretty anti-salmon, but even he enjoyed the salmon salad dish. The tenderness/creaminess of the smoked salmon was impressive. The truffled cauliflower soup was both light and full of flavor. I could’ve eaten a million of the olive oil cakes.

A gem. One of the best meals out we’ve ever had. Thoughtful composition, healthy local ingredients. Appropriate portions. Attentive amiable service. A fantastic experience. The best way to celebrate the end of a year and all of the new beginnings ahead.

The menu selections were exciting and varied and according to all those in our party all were delicious. The service outstanding, personable and knowledgable. In short, we had an exceptionable, fun and enjoyable evening at Casia.
