Offering an all-day dining menu, Verandah Restaurant & Bar is the ultimate all-inclusive venue with a range of artisan dishes including tapas, share plates, soups, plant-based delights and substantial modern Australian dishes. Signature dishes include the InterContinental Club Sandwich, the vegan Earth Burger, and our Mooloolaba Prawn & Mussel Fettuccine.

There were some communication issues with the server but they were resolved when another staff member intervened. The kitchen split the meal as we were sharing which was really nice. Overall we had a great night and the food was excellent.

Verandah Bar inside the Intercontinental at Sanctuary Cove is a pretty venue overlooking the pool area Sadly our experience was less than favourable as all 3 meals ordered came out cold and had to be re done The young lady serving was very nice but seemed to be on her own overseeing everything The hotel itself is beautiful however it’s doubtful we will return

We had a lovely birthday celebration lunch for my daughter. Veronica really looked after us. A beautiful hotel

Our obliging and attentive waiter saved the day. The menu, ambience and value were all disappointing compared with other sanctuary cove eateries. Easy parking, vegan offerings for our diverse family and table availability have brought us here several times, I just wish it was a better experience. I think they can do way better than this.

The food was average. Not what I expected from an International Continental Hotel. Grilled prawns on caesar Salad were small & cold, no poached egg but boiled egg. Lettuce was limp. However sis have anchovies (overall not the traditional caesar salad). The Halloumi Salad came with poached egg but was cold also. Club Sandwich was mostly bread. Service was good.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch with visiting relatives. Our waitress Veronica was friendly and attentive, and she provided recommendations from the menu. The service and quality of food were all very good. We look forward to dining here again.

Very average meal. I wanted a healthy option so ordered the salmon, however, the whole meal contained so much butter I couldn't eat it. My partner had the mussel and prawn fettucine which was oily and again average. We have had the mezze, burgers and other menu items which we enjoyed - just not these options.

Very slow service, it took 45 minutes from order to food delivery, and this was Wednesday lunch. Whilst food was ok for the price paid it should have been a lot better. Overall, we won't likely come back here for lunch service.

Thanks so much once again for a lovely afternoon and lunch was very well presented. Staff just so obliging and nothing was trouble for her .. This is the third time I have taken people along and they are all coming back ..

The staff were outstanding and so extremely friendly. We had our 2 teenage children with us and they were made to feel very at ease and comfortable. It was a pleasure to dine at The Verandah Bar.
