   We had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary at The Village Bakery & Café in Woodside, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch—the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I ordered the pizza on a gluten-free crust, and it was excellent. They also made the avocado toast for me on a gluten-free bun, which was equally delicious. The restaurant was incredibly accommodating to dietary preferences, offering a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options without any hassle. The service was fantastic. The staff treated us so well, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right moments. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We were there with friends, and the environment was perfect for a celebration—relaxed yet lively, with plenty of space to talk and enjoy the evening. I highly recommend The Village Bakery & Café for a date night, a special occasion, or just a great meal out. We had such a great time, and I will definitely be going back!

   Dinner menu is much better than the brunch. Chopped caesar salad with shrimp was just okay. Excess dressing and small shrimp were overpriced.

   We randomly came across The Village Bakery after some failed brunch plans. I couldn’t be happier that those plans didn’t work out. This place is amazing and it’s the coziest restaurant. A huge plus was the complimentary mimosa while you waited for your table. I had the french toast and my friend ordered the breakfast sandwich. Both of our meals were a 10/10. We plan on making dinner reservations soon so we can give the dinner menu a try. I highly recommend this place. Only con is that parking can be tricky so give yourself time and bring your patience.

   The food was great! We ordered a lot of meals to share and we loved all of them. The James Beard Pancake is like sweet cake! The chicken sandwiches were fulfilling and the Breakfast sandwich was yummy. The brownie was scintillating! The service was great and attentive. Overall an A+ experience.

   Great service! Difficult parking at peak hours. The meal, great service for half orders. Partner and I split soup and salad...all done for us. Helpful, friendly staff.
