A lively spot for anything from a business lunch to a big night out The Warwick bar and restaurant is handily located just off of London’s Regent Street. Elegantly appointed with just a splash of glamour, this large venue has numerous areas at your disposal, from the chandelier-laden ground floor to the deco styled lower ground and the airy balcony. Wherever you’re dining or drinking you’ll be offered delectable wines from throughout the very best grape growing regions of the world, ranging from robust reds to buoyant bubblies as well as cocktails of all kinds. The sublime lunch and dinner dishes are overseen by chefs for whom ingredients are of the utmost importance – carefully sourced seasonal produce leads the creation of the regularly changed menus which combine the ease of bar food with the sophistication of restaurant fayre. Lighter bites and nibbles are also available for those seeking something quick and delicious.

    Unfortunately it was a catalogue of errors at this restaurant - we arrived and they hadn't reserved enough seats for our group, so as a result we had to wait for them to reseat people in order for us to fit at the table. From the menu, they had run out of all but one option - and that one and only meal available was a salad. This is unacceptable. We came out for dinner with friends ahead of Christmas and we ended up with only the option of ordering sandwiches. As there was a limited number of staff (who often stood nearby texting on their phones or chatting instead of taking orders or bringing cutlery, sauces, food...) we had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, a long time for the food to arrive, and we had no other table service other than this - nothing. One person in our group received their food after everyone else had finished, despite us ordering sandwiches and having chased the staff numerous times. When it arrived the order was incorrect and missing key ingredients as listed for the item on the menu. As a result we were told the sandwich would be removed from the bill, only we found that it hadn't been and we had to make a further complaint in order to have it removed. Despite the above, when our bill arrived we found that a service charge had been added to our bill. I complained and said that we would not pay this in full considering the experience, but there was no apology. Instead the waiter laughed and said he completely understood why we wouldn't want to pay it. Completely inappropriate. As we left we discovered that the least helpful and rudest waitress was in fact the "manager". She approached us to say we could have a free bottle of prosecco next time we visited. I won't be going back, but even if we did, they'll never fulfil this offer on a say so. It was pathetic. Too little, too late. I'll be sending a complaint to the brewery that own this pub too. Shocking. What an embarrassment.

    Where do I start! I booked a table online for Christmas lunch for six people. Receive a phone call to ask if we can come an hour earlier than the original booking. Not a problem. Arrive at the Warwick at the revised time to find a sign on the door that says ‘closed for public, private party’ indeed there was a large Christmas party happening. Phoned inside and was told to go in a side entrance. Not a warm welcome as people in the party upstairs was wondering why 6 ‘outsiders’ was interrupting their party! We were directed downstairs and three members of staff that couldn’t of looked more unmotivated directed us to our table. Having sat down assuming someone would welcome us properly and offer us drinks. Nothing. Having grabbed the attention of a member of staff we were told ‘you have to order at bar’. Fair enough if that is policy. Ordered drinks and asked for menus, “kitchen’s closed” was the response! The manager came over and could not have been colder or unapologetic “we told the central team not to accept bookings”. Unacceptable when you book a table for Christmas lunch, get called to ask if you can an hour earlier to be told no food. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a horrible welcome and a manager who wasn’t even apologetic having completely ruined our Christmas lunch. Can safely say will never visit again and I expect the story of this year’s lunch will be recounted many times over.

    They ran out of roasts at 4 pm so we had to leave. Very unimpressed given we had booked in advance.

    Team lunch event. Food was fabulous- lots of choices catered for all of the group. Service was a bit slow though despite the pub not being busy. Never did get that second pint... I’d definitely recommend the Warwick for food as well as drinks, but if you’re in a rush - order at the bar!

    Took 17 minutes to talk to a bartender. There were 4 making 3 drinks and it took them that long. They didn’t know what open table was and had never heard of a 50% discount.

    Having booked a table for dinner, we arrived and had to search for our own table. On sitting we noticed a foul smell in the area ( drains?) with no one available to ask to be seated else where we chose to leave and chance finding food in another establishment. Overall service was poor, members of staff saw us arrive, nobody came to assist us in finding the pre booked table and we were not offered drinks/menus on arrival. With all the fab eateries in and around Soho I wont be hurrying back.

    Bad experience, even if I’ve shown them the reservation, confirmed also by mail, they’ve told me that they didn’t have it, saying that they give availability on Sunday without any kind of control. I will never come back. Personal very unpleasant.

    WE arrived and they did not have our booking, ended up being squashed onto a booth not big enough for 10 people. Did not have items on the menu and only told us after we ordered. At 6pm the music was so loud we could not hear ourselves or the barmen. If we had not had a show to attend we would have found somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing.

    Food was nice but service was slow and they insisted we pay the bill (including service charge!) before our food even arrived because the bill was just over £100 which was odd.

    OK. This is a great pub, excellent selection of drinks and close to Piccadilly Circus. Sadly, our booking hadn't been recognised. The staff were fabulous and did find us a table. Very loud music and for a friends get together, couldn't hear each other so left and ate elsewhere.
