   My food was amazing! Everything was so flavorful. I'm still thinking about the chicken dish I had. The staff was wonderful as well. I was given flowers as we left the restaurant which was a nice touch. It was already dark when we arrived, so we couldn't see the view of the lake, but we did enjoy seeing the stars as we left.

   This was a return visit to this beautiful restaurant. The food is displayed beautifully on the plate, and tastes just as delicious. It is somewhat of a limited menu, but that is understandable so the kitchen can perfect each dish! I think the menu changes seasonally. But, our experience was really great. Dominick was our waiter and he was kind, friendly, and attentive. The manager, we didn't get his name, but he is so on top of everything going on there, very involved, and it makes for a very reassuring experience. His customer service is absolutely top-notch; I might even say unsurpassed. All of the staff is amazing and respectful, and I highly recommend visiting here. You will surely return! As will I.

   The Water’s Edge is such a gem of the Poconos. The food is outstanding and drinks are even better. I highly recommend as a spot for date night or a nice dinner out with the girls.

    Looking to experience something a bit different, my husband and I chose the Six Course Chefs Tasting. Amazing does not begin to describe it. We sampled dishes we would never had tried on our own. Each course was more incredible than the next. The salmon was a choice I would have never made on my own, but I was extremely surprised ! Flat Iron steak (just done to medium) simply melted in your mouth. The venison pot pie!!! Fabulous! Of course, the Chilean Sea Bass…..outstanding. And dessert? Oh, my. Each course had its own wine pairing and all was perfect. But then again, it’s always perfect at Waters Edge.
