The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has a uniquely Canadian take on California Fusion cuisine.
Located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Salads.
Traditional offerings of Pulled pork and Brisket smoked daily in the Watermarks very own wood smoker located on premises.
The interior is an amazing blend of textures and colour. Cozy booths, designed to offer you the privacy you need for an intimate dinner for two.

The Watermarks Patio, is an ideal outdoor setting to get together for great food, a cold beer or a bottle of wine.

    From the time we sat at the table to leaving, this was a great experience. The server was knowledgeable and courteous. The food was amazing. Good portions, hot where required and fresh. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

    Really enjoy the Watermark. Cadbury salad my favourite. Our waitress was so pleasant and our orders came out perfectly. Can highly recommend this restaurant.

    Food was delicious. The pretzel starter maybe should be served with pretzel bites/nuggets. The big pretzel is hard to manage. But very yummy.

    Amber was an amazing server, went above and beyond to meet our needs, and was attentive despite how busy it was, and didn’t make us feel rushed. Great service!

    Food was great, service was fast and accommodating. I appreciated the offer of gluten free or vegan friendly menus. I put noise as moderate because it depends on where you're sitting. We were on a booth in the standard dining room and it was pretty quiet. Will be back!

    Dinner and drinks were good. Server Eileen was pleasant. Why are servers taught to ask, How is everything tasting? There is more to dining than food. Why not, How was your dining experience or Is everything to your liking?
