   We had a delightful evening with beautiful surroundings, attentive service, and outstanding food. We were celebrating and the staff was very accommodating of our relaxed pace as we caught up and enjoyed a long evening. All the courses were thoughtfully composed with top quality ingredients and subtle flavors and textures- just a really well thought out and executed menu

   Will certainly recommend The Wilbur Mansion to anyone who enjoys a fine meal in a casual yet elegant setting. Our meals were expertly prepared and the service from Sandy was equally executed. Beyond the food and service, the amazing restoration and preservation of the facility is also an integral part of the Wilbur experience.

   I’ve been out to eat here several times with my family when I come to visit them in Bethlehem. The meal is always fabulous, the variety enticing, and the service above excellent.

   I got the lobster ravioli and it was only ok. It came with lobster claw meat which I was really excited for but it was weirdly soft and rubbery. The dessert though was out of this world. We had the berry pie/tart.

   Table next to us was rather loud which made it difficult to hear but everything else was stellar!

   The ambiance and service were great! The restored woodwork is amazing, noise level allows conversation and our waitress Simari was top notch. Unfortunately the food was hit or miss. The lobster bisque was cold and had no evidence of any lobster, the salad was underdressed and lacking blue cheese. Our entrees were better as the blackened Mahi was very well seasoned and tasty but the accompanying polenta was cold. Crab cake was very good according to my wife. The berry tart was also very good. We have been there previously and had an excellent brunch but this dinner missed the mark.

   Service was a little slow but waitress very very nice. Maybe not enough employees came in. Food was ok. they advertise that they can accommodate different diets but when we asked for some simple changes they could not accommodate.

    My husband and I went here to enjoy the prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day. We were seated right next to a very loud large party that made it hard for us to hear each other at times. The large party had the same waitress as us and they had multiple complaints with their food which kind of put a damper on the evening since we could hear everything. I ordered the Wilbur salad for my first course and it was basically a massive pile of arugala with a tiny bit of gorgonzola and pecans. For my second I got the mushroom ravioli and it really left me wanting for something - they did not really have a sauce on them, just doused in butter, and the filling was very dry. It felt like something I could have bought at the grocery store and boiled up myself. My husband loved the burrata app, it was VERY good. He got filet for his second course and it had no sauce or juice on it which we found to be a bit odd, but he ate his entire meal. No complaints about the dessert - the cheesecake was great and so was the lava cake. I probably would have mentioned I did not really like my meals - especially at $85/person! But I felt bad because the table next to us was already giving such a hard time about their food. I've never been before so not sure if it was an off night for the kitchen but we probably won't give it another try.
