   We love this place! We waited a long time for our main courses to arrive. The maitre d’ / manager was dressed in slacks, sneakers a polo and a vest….did not look like He worked in this place. He was very friendly and picked up the slack when the waiters were a bit overwhelmed. Will be back soon.

   We were seated at a small table next to the exterior wall/entrance for our scheduled reservation. There was cold air blowing through 3 vents, despite the hostess putting removable, magnetic covers over them. It was an uncomfortable place to sit, enjoy and relax for our dinner. If you intend to eat at this restaurant, request a table in the main dining room. Our server forgot about my husband's cappuccino at the end of our meal, otherwise our server and food was good.

   The ambience in the lounge was perfect! Our waiter helped us choose the perfect appetizers and kept our drinks full. We had a wonderful time!

   My wife and I celebrate our birthdays and our anniversary at the Wilcox restaurant, because we love the food , the ambiance and the service, which includes the staff looking out for our gluten free diets. That they have a free valet service is a plus, but please don't forget to tip the kids who park the cars. We have never had a bad meal at the Wilcox and will continue to look forward to our next outing there.

    Drew and Jason were outstanding, both assisted us in midafternoon service and again at dinner. The Willcox is our first choice for a mini getaway. This is in large part due to an excellent kitchen with a pleasing array of choices that have always delighted...the preparation perfect and the presentation always pleasing. The wait staff is always superb and never disappoints. The bartenders demonstrate a deft hand as did the pianist this evening. This is a hotel and dining room that reaches out and wraps its arms around you...don't miss it.
