The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar has been focused on successfully pairing contemporary California regional cuisine, with a hip, vibrant, sophisticated setting, to create a cutting-edge dining experience. When Partners JC Clow, William Lewis and Chef Yvon Goetz set out to deliver a culinary experience straight from wine county, little did they know that they would also earn the title of Restaurateurs of the Year for their achievements and have their restaurants in Newport Beach and Tustin earn the title of Restaurant of the Year multiple times!
The three partners strive to deliver the best dining experience In Orange County on a nightly basis. Chef Goetz, whose accolades include the AAA Five Diamond Award and multiple Chef of the Year honors, describes his menu at The Winery Restaurant as wine country-driven a perfect match for a wine program that features a list with 650 selections that change weekly and climate-controlled cellars, which can house up to 7,500 bottles!

La comida es increíble! El somelier es muy bueno y no te recomienda el más caro pero sino el que vaya más con tus preferencias.

Table service was outstanding. We got the filet mignon, truffle Mac n cheese, 1/2 order of oysters, bread, and the Maine scallops w/ shrimp on risotto. It was all delicious and cooked perfectly. Only thing I would have changed is adding a little more seasoning to the risotto but honestly it was cooked pretty well.

Taste and quality of food is great. Food temperature great. Food presentation and appearance excellent. Cleanliness of restaurant and bathroom was excellent. Server has pleasant serving attitude and manners, and was somewhat courteous (which could have room for improvement).

Service and food top notch. Noise level was high. We’ve been here before and it wasn’t as noisy. Maybe it was just some tables with very loud guests.

The employees were all lovely & the service was great! The cocktails were good. We had the bread, which was yummy. However, it came with one foil wrapped patty of butter. So the four of us were passing around an opened wrinkled foil packet of butter. We also had a lobster appetizer and it was good. The BOB salad was my favorite part of the meal. The “short ribs” consists of one rib. It was good, but not filling. The evening was fun with friends, but I wouldn’t go back for the food as it was just average.

Everything was wonderful. Food and service were excellent and the ambience was magical. The restaurant is a bit loud so having a quiet conversation may be challenging especially with the holiday music playing. I loved the festive atmosphere.

We had a table of 9 people, and everything was very smooth on drinks, ordering, when food came out and when we finished.

Awful service uncharacteristic of this restaurant. Took 20 minutes and several reminders before we saw the server, and after the meal we did not get a desert menu or even the bill which we had to ask for several times.
