Established in 2011, Theo's began in St. Michaels, Maryland as a traditional steakhouse. Being in a resort town, Theo's quickly became a casual hot spot offering elevated, high-quality dining for visitors as well as a beloved favorite among locals. Heavily influenced by New Orleans, our flagship property in St. Michaels features eclectic art, moody colors, and comfortable seating in the once-historic home it resides in. Our second location in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is a well-lit vibrant space with a cozy outdoor patio nestled right downtown on Baltimore Avenue. It was Christmas Eve and Theo’s was buzzing. Service very good. Partner had baked oysters and shrimp and grits; I had the seared scallops. Cocktails outstanding [Theo’s Manhattan and Theo’s Cosmo]. It’s on the higher price range. Would we return when back in RBDE? yes.

The steaks are expensive but worth it! All dishes that I have ordered in multiple visits have been excellent and the service is superior.

Theo's is a hidden gem in Rehoboth!!! Atmosphere was upscale and service was impeccable. Shrimp on the Himalayan Salt block was taste and fun. French onion soup was a perfect blend of melty cheese and sweet onions. And the Wagyu strip steak was like eating a buttery filet. We can not wait to return and try all of their other dishes!!!

Always a great meal at Theo’s! We enjoyed our oysters, salad and burgers. The key lime pie was a nice end to the meal. We were excited to find one of our favorite Oregon Pinot noirs on the menu. Leslie was an excellent server- polite, personable and professional. Five stars for sure!

It many restaurants welcome pets but Theos greeted our golden retriever with open arms. They prepared her a delicious dinner and gave her lots of treats and hugs for her eleventh birthday.
