We had a reservation for 10 people and the restaurant was by no means busy. Our server showed up to take our drink orders and again for food orders. We never saw her after that. She did not come back to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Someone else entirely delivered our drinks and yet another person delivered the food. After we were done eating we sat there for an hour with no drinks, no water and no sign of our server. We had to ask for the check twice and when it was finally brought to the table there server was very confused about how we wanted the bill split. We literally had to look at the receipt and number it accordingly. The manager even had to step in to assist. Overall, the food was very good, but the service was absolutely terrible!

The food was great. I had the salmon which was delicious. It’s one of the few places at McCormack place where you can sit down and be served.

To whom it may concern, We were seated and left unattended for far too long. Several others we seated after us and had begun their dining experience. Yet our waitstaff had yet to come to the table an make so much as an initial introduction. The host noticed this and came to check on us. He asked if we had been waited on. We told him no and continued to wait. After several more minutes we got up and left. If the lack of attention paid to us was any indication as to the level of service that we would enjoy throughout the rest of our dining experience today, then no thank you. Our time and money will be better spent elsewhere. This was a miss and we will not be returning in the future.

Convenient for guests at hotel, and the coffee was excellent. Food was good, and prices were reasonable.

We were able to get in on an incredibly busy. Saturday evening. The buffet was OUTSTANDING. Will be returning.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. My sandwich, a tuna BTL, was freezer-burned. The waiter never took a drink order - thankfully there was water on the table. A business lunch gone bad....

Restaurant was closed in spite of me being able to make reservations. Fortunately the adjoining bar/restaurant could accommodate us.
