Thirteen is an upscale, elevated dining restaurant offering an unmeasurable experience right in the heart of Midtown Houston, Tx. Founded by NBA Star, James Harden, Thirteen was a labor of love built on Harden's passion for excellent food and wine, while bringing something different and fresh to the city that you can't find anywhere else.

At Thirteen, we enforce a strict, upscale dress code. We do not allow overly revealing clothing, athletic apparel, jerseys, ball caps, bandanas, sleeveless shirts, or tank tops. Beachwear and gym attire including but not limited to sweatpants, hoodies, or pool slides are also prohibited in both the dining and lounge area.

I have been to Thirteen a few times and I will say I am disappointed in the food and parking. Valet now costs $40 with a $2 credit card fee. I would rather walk in the rain and park across the street in the garage (which we did). Next was the food. I was disappointed to see some of my friends received large seafood egg rolls and myself and another guest received shrimp wraps (aka seafood egg roll). Lastly the seafood fried rice was undercooked and I thought it was just my rice but other friends shared their rice with salmon was undercooked and hard as well. Our waiter was nice and accommodated us for the shrimp wraps. I was hosting friends and family and thought to myself since I haven't been to Thirteen in a while that maybe they have upgraded and they have. The restaurant is nice but the menu is limited with about 6-8 meal choices. I think I've had my fair share of Thirteen.

Location was nice , beautiful females everywhere it’s a 9 out of 10 !

This is an aesthetic restaurant at best and a celebrity spot. The service was disappointing, the restaurant was empty and no one was attentive although they were fully staffed but the worst part was the food. It’s obvious everything is frozen and there was no thought behind the menu. Dishes was tasteless and bland. We sent out 3/7 orders. They were nice enough offer alternative dishes and comp us but essentially we all left and went to another restaurant to eat dinner again. The bar side is a vibe and nice but I wouldn’t go to eat at the restaurant ever again.

Went for an anniversary dinner with my bf. We had a really great and attentive waiter. Food was great as well. The one thing that threw me off was the choice of plates. The plates gave a very casual vibe for what is to be a fine dining experience. It seems small but given the price point, I expect a nicer presentation and plate. Despite this, I’d definitely go back and sit at the bar. Drinks were amazing and we enjoyed the vibe!

Our waiter to Tavrion was prompt and very professional and he definitely catered to all of our needs. I do agree with a lot of of these other reviews that the previous menu was better so I hope that they take heed and revamp the menu but however the service was top-tier. The ambience was beautiful. The lounge was very good and accommodating, and I had a lovely time for my birthday

I went for valentines so I expected it to be busy. But the music was so loud and the table they had me and my partner at, we were sitting across from each other. we were literally screaming at each other to talk over the music. Nothing about our dinner was intimate. We sat across from each other, yelling at each other, waiter was busy we only saw him about 3 times. DJ played less than a minute of each song. I ordered a lemon drop and sent it back not knowing it would be made with tequila because the original way is with vodka so i sent it back and the waiter had a dry attitude because "that's just how we make it. but ok." was his response.

Went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday with his closest friends. He had never been and wanted to go this time. we had a great time. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and accommodating.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at Thirteen, and it was an unforgettable experience! This gem offers a delightful fusion of Pan-Asian and American cuisine. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The shrimp eggrolls and spinach crab dip were the perfect starters, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The highlight of the meal was the teriyaki salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and the lemon drop cocktails were the ideal refreshing accompaniment. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service at Thirteen was outstanding. Our server was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure our party of 11 was well taken care of throughout the evening. Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The decor and ambiance of Thirteen added to the overall experience, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.
