Three Birds is a Chef owned and operated restaurant located in Corning's Gaffer District on historic Market Street. We are just blocks away from the world renowned Corning Museum of Glass and just around the corner from The Rockwell Museum.

We a proud to say we have been a part of the Corning community for over 20 years! We invite you to discover what the locals already know is the best kept secret in town. We welcome all those with a passion for good food, good wine, and great company!

Three Birds has upped their game. GF options even with soup of the day. GF entrees as well. Friendly, helpful and quick waitress made our dinner so enjoyable!

We made a reservation a few days prior. When we arrived, we did not want to be seated by the front window. We asked to be seated further away and were told that all the tables were previously reserved. We had an enjoyable meal and did not feel rushed. Thank you, Kate, for a nice night out! 😊

More upscale than most restaurants in Corning but well worth the visit. Everything first class.

As usual, the food was outstanding. I got the 16oz. prime rib which was perfectly cooked. The server, Faith, was wonderful and polite. She did a great job making sure everything was to our liking. The owners Deborah and John are always friendly and ask us how our meals were making sure we were satisfied. Thank you again for a great experience!

Another phenomenal meal at Three Birds. From service, to plating, to ambiance, value and especially flavor, Three Birds is the very best in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was delicious as always. It's good to know when colleagues are in town I can always recommend a restaurant I can count on to deliver an excellent dinner and atmosphere to satisfy their wishes.
