                                                                        I had a booking for 5 people for Saturday night, which was booked weeks in advance and which I confirmed through email on Friday! However, when we arrived we were stopped at the door and told that there was a private function on and that the premises had changed hands! When I asked why I wasn’t informed or why was I sent a request to confirm the booking on the previous day, I was told that there was a “glitch” and that I should have been informed, but I obviously wasn’t. It was actually a birthday celebration l, so to say it was disappointing is an understatement! We were given some platitudes about re booking and being “looked after” next time and that they had my contact details which as a clear lie, as if they had my contact details or even cared, I would have been informed about the cancellation in advance. TBH, it all just seemed very amateurish and I would never want to go there again if that’s how they treat their long standing customers.

                                                                        Made a booking on open table, called to amend and received three story voice mail. arrived to find the place closed, rebranding and a dismissive manager on the door. We showed them proof of our booking and were basically told tough luck. Still shocked they have bookings available on open table still after that.

                                                                        Three Storey Cocktail bar was closed on our arrival and appears to have rebranded. They clearly didn’t remove the booking option on Open Table and I turned up with friends for birthday drinks to a locked door, no info and the number provided to Own Table going only to voicemail. I found a phone number on the menu outside and when I called that I was dismissively told that Three Storey Cocktail bar was closed for rebranding, when I said I had been able to make a booking - I was just told to go somewhere else. They seem to have now removed the booking option from Open Table which is good. But be seriously careful before considering this place for anything. If it pops up again.

                                                                        Made a booking for my partner and I to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and when we arrived the venue was closed. No communication to let us know before and it was only 9:30pm. Really poor and won’t be (trying) to go back

                                                                        Was there the second time, because my reservation was cancelled the first time and this place had been highly recommended by a foodie friend my expectation for it was super high. Luckily, I wasn’t disappointed even held up high expectations. Even non alcoholic cocktails were very sophisticated and tasty, my partner who had the alcoholic ones couldn’t really stop, I had to stop him being overly drunk.
