A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

The appetizers and drinks are fabulous. Different elegant dishes you cannot find other places in the Lehigh Valley. Provides a NYC level experience.

My partner and I have been here several times and it is amazing every time we go. The food is so delicious and well rounded. The drinks are perfect and delicious every time as well. Our go to for our anniversary and birthdays.

First time at the restaurant. Made reservations through Open Table. Service was very, very good. Many times, we were checked on and promptly our orders were taken. I had the duck, and my wife had tuna. Excellent courses and the desert was really good. Creme Brule. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. The windows looking over the river and city were great part of the 7th floor experience.

Food and service were superb. We were lucky to get Cormac again as our server. He is always so friendly, personable and attentive!

Food was excellent, service was wonderful and the ambiance is very nice with outstanding views. Will be coming back many times.

Have eaten at Thyme a few times & this was the least impressive. Service was lacking, the appetizers were very good, but my main course wasn't cooker properly. Part of the items on my plate were burnt like they were under a heater the wrong way. When leaving they called our valet to get our car but the valet hadn't even sent for it when we got down there. I should have mentioned it then. Instead I'm posting this review.

The Soup of the Day was sweet, offset by Shitake mushrooms and a lingering spice. The Caesar Salad needed more dressing, but the addition of pumpkin seeds was interesting. The entree was Grilled Ostrich and quite good, and the Kale/Bacon side that came with was the best Kale I've ever tried. What looked like French fries surprisedly turned out to be partially fried Turnip slices masquerading as potatoes. Service was excellent and the view of the Delaware river was spectacular. The ambience was very cool NYC.
