A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Great view....even from the urinal!. Food and Service are top notch. Zest Rooftop and Thyme Rooftop are doing things right.....will be back soon!

The food was amazing. Absolutely delicious! Drove almost two hours to get here and it was well worth it Service and ambiance second to none. Had the pork belly appetizer and the pork chop. Highly recommended!

My finance and I came here to celebrate our engagement, and it didn’t disappoint. We have been to Zest before, so we were expecting similar vibes, and while it was a rooftop setting and had similar ingredient ideas, it was a 10/10 experience. We had the perfect seating, a booth overlooking the city. We were offered two glasses of complimentary champagne for our celebration. The appetizers were stunningly delicious: tuna tartar and grilled octopus. We split, or I should say fought over, the seasonal soup, because I think it was the most flavorful soup we’ve ever tasted. I ordered an ostrich steak for my entree because of its uniqueness, and my fiancé got the halibut. Excellently plated and fresh tasting. We ordered the chai cheesecake based off reading other reviews, and originally we were mistakenly given the apple pie, but we got to enjoy both at no extra cost. Accompanied by dessert drinks and an ending shot at the bar, the experience was one to remember.

The view at this upscale restaurant was amazing. I went for an anniversary dinner and all the food was amazing. Giovanni, our waiter was excellent, energetic, and attentive. he honestly made the meal even more memorable. The prices are high here but totally worth it for the great flavors and wonderful views.

The appetizers and drinks are fabulous. Different elegant dishes you cannot find other places in the Lehigh Valley. Provides a NYC level experience.

My partner and I have been here several times and it is amazing every time we go. The food is so delicious and well rounded. The drinks are perfect and delicious every time as well. Our go to for our anniversary and birthdays.

First time at the restaurant. Made reservations through Open Table. Service was very, very good. Many times, we were checked on and promptly our orders were taken. I had the duck, and my wife had tuna. Excellent courses and the desert was really good. Creme Brule. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. The windows looking over the river and city were great part of the 7th floor experience.
