Tillerman Seafood Restaurant, a Brisbane riverside destination where Australia’s best seafood takes pride of place.
Situated on the mezzanine level of Riparian Plaza, Tillerman, with Head Chef Suwisa Phoonsang-Robbs at the helm will steer a course for relaxed yet quality dining smack bang on Brisbane’s riverfront.

Chef Suwisa (Naga, Libertine) is focused on using only the freshest and most premium seafood alongside sometimes exotic ingredients, all being treated respectfully and minimally. The produce is the star and will be allowed to shine on the plate.

Great location, food was delicious well presented, service was mixed, two waiters one very friendly and helpful, one somewhat less friendly. Overall, the food and location were the highlight.

I'm surprised at all of the 5-star reviews to be honest. Had the banquet and I thought everything was quite mediocre and underwhelming given the price. Service was very slow too. It's a shame because the view is nice, but don't think I'd bother trying this place again.

This is a fabulous fine dining restaurant. The view is outstanding, service is next level. The food is a little pricey and don't expect huge meals, as they are quite small. They have the most extensive wine list which is great. We chose the banquet which really is a bit of a sampler. The dessert menu is small but gorgeous choices. Overall, yes I would go back

We had a very tasty seafood banquet for our Easter Sunday lunch. Wine by the glass was good.

The waitress was very good and we were given a great table. I did try to tip her and told her to roll it up by 10% but then it didn't seem to come through the machine and I only noticed this morning. I thought the quality of the food was generally very good but the menu was lighter on the seafood choices I would go for eg some options in the starters would have liked in the entre (a little bigger) and similarly entre to mains, though a double bug dumpling serve on one plate was accommodated. My wife greatly enjoyed the Bouillabaisse and the crab starters. I enjoyed the starter scallops and the bug dumplings (double portion). The later I thought could have been a little bit bigger but the taste made up for it. It was a little noisy where we were but that might have just been the table next to us. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Exceptional food. Best we’ve had in a long time. Service was second to none . We loved every thing about this restaurant. 10/10.

We have ordered five banquets plus a seafood platter. The platter was very nice and expected for the value. The banquet however was disappointing in regard to a 20 to 30 minute wait in between each serving, which meant being there for over two hours and not completing a full meal was very annoying and very quiet over it and not hungry anymore by the time the last course- being the heaviest- is served. Our waiter dropped cutlery on us twice. Definitely would not recommend, I ordered a lychee martini which was not on the menu, but my request seemed to be not possible till I asked a second time. For such a high quality fine dining restaurant paying the fine dining prices I would expect a higher quality than this
