   I feel so fortunate to live so close to Tilly’s and have made it a regular spot for our Sunday morning. It is definitely worth the drive. The property is stunning, the restaurant architecture is beautiful and the hospitality is unbeatable. The food remains consistently delicious and the bar has creative drinks along with the classics. We always have a wonderful experience and look forward to the delicious food.

   Maybe the best bourbon cocktail I’ve ever had. Food was excellent. Loved the room. Note: might not want to Uber here as it is so remote from Austin you may not get one back.

   Extremely overpriced for the food. Didn’t care for a dinner for 3 people to last over 2 hrs. Also didn’t like the sides coming out 30 mins before the entree.

   Wow, all decked out for the holidays, the place looked gorgeous. Bartender superb. Brussel sprouts, fried potatoes, meatballs all excellent. Wife loved her filet steak and kitchen was kind enough to sub potatoes for the usual pasta. Bone-in steak was massive and perfectly cooked. Everyone loved their meal. Wine service is however lacking - limited choices (unless there was an additional wine list?) And we did order a dessert wine by the glass that never showed. We asked and the waiter left again and then returned to say it never showed because they were out. How did not one come tell us? Another wine - not remotely similar was eventually offered much later. Restaurant was not busy on a cold Tuesday night. We love this place and will come back again.

   Service was great, food was excellent. I had the chilaquiles and my husband had the brisket hash, both were excellent. We’re going to try to recreate the hash at home 😀. We’ll definitely come back. The tree-top cabins look way cool.

   I went for afternoon tea with my mom as a special treat for her birthday. This was her first time, and she loved it. Every item on the 3 tiered stand was delicious; from the biscuits with clotted cream and blueberry jam to the beef wellington (which was by far our favorite!). We truly savored each type of food. Thank you to the entire team for making her feel special with the birthday greeting from the host, to the birthday card on the table, and lastly the passion fruit sorbet with a candle. Very sweet and thoughtful. I have been here a few times and each time has been so special. Thank you so much Tillies for not sacrificing quality of food or ambience. We will be back!

   We had a fantastic experience the last time we had dinner at Tillie’s in March 2024. However this time, Dec. 3, 2024, we were extremely disappointed. The atmosphere was good and the service was average but the food was horrible. The portions were much less than our previous experience and the seasoning was non-existent. The Pork Chop was dry and tasteless. Additionally the food description in the menu is not what we were served, the meat was as described but the mushrooms, cheese grits, goat cheese were not what we were served. The food is extremely different than March 2024. We asked our server about the Chef and he said the Chef was new since August 2024. I cannot recommend Tillie’s especially at their prices.

    Even though the brunch menu had changed (we missed their shrimp and grits!), the burger and chicken sandwiches we ordered were delicious and substantial. Great fries, too. The French 75s were so good, I had two! Great service from Bradley. They brought a special dessert free to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.
