The tuna tartare and the pork chop were amazing. Our sides were warm temperature at best which was disappointing. Wine choices were expensive and very limited. Staff were delightful and management are eager to get feedback on the experience and it is appreciated. The various rooms and decor are beautiful and worth the visit!

We were eager to try this new restaurant, which has been years in the making, and it didn’t disappoint. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated quickly. The interior was stunning and high-quality. Our server, Nick, was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable—he made us feel right at home and was enthusiastic about presenting the menus. We ordered the Basil Grapefruit Mazcalini cocktail, which was outstanding, and the Fluffy Dreams cocktail, which was sweet but also enjoyable. Since we primarily eat chicken, fish, and vegetables, we found the menu a bit limiting for our preferences. We started with the Tuna Tartare ($21) without candied bacon. The tuna was fresh and flavorful, but the tapioca pearl crackers were soggy instead of crunchy. The Caesar Salad ($16) was excellent—one of the best we've had. For being the only chicken dish on the menu, the "Half a Chicken" Roulade ($32) unfortunately fell flat. The four chicken roulades were small, about the size of a silver dollar, and the chicken itself was just average. However, the roasted romesco sauce was exceptional and brought much-needed flavor to the dish. We also ordered the Tortellini Mac & Cheese ($12), which was fantastic—rich, creamy, and flavorful. For dessert, we tried the Galaxy ($15), which exceeded expectations and was a perfect end to our meal. After dinner, we went upstairs to the bar, which was another "wow" factor. The decor was impressive, and we couldn’t stop admiring the details. Service was great, and the Old Fashioneds were expertly made. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return, especially if they offer more fish and chicken options. We wish the restaurant much success and look forward to our next visit!

Excellent new entry on the Fort Lauderdale restaurant scene. Beautiful space with two distinct areas-a bit more formal and elegant in front; whimsical and floral in back (same menu). We sat in front so we could see the kitchen. Service was great, and the food was excellent. I had the pork chop which was tender and tasty; partner had short rib ragu which was delicious. Dessert menu was very interesting; we shared the brown butter cake which came with a blueberry gelato mixed with cookie. Could have had a whole bowl of the gelato! Definitely going back

Not a place for food. OR they haven’t gotten their act together. Bar tender could use some help too.

There are two dining rooms. The main one has eyes into the kitchen and the back dining area has a small bar and flowers all over the walls. Both are beautifully done. The food was average. We ordered the mussels and empanadas to start. The mussels were small, we counted 15 and luke warm. You get 3 empanadas, they were tasty. We shared the short rib ragu with a side of broccolini. The pasta came out luke warm but tasted good. The broccolini tasted a bit off. Like they didn't cook out the wine. For dessert we shared the creme brulee, that was great. Our server Giselle was amazing. She was attentive and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu.

The aesthetics and decor of this place is amazing. The 3 different rooms are very nice, however, the quality of the food and the price just aren’t there. The food was bad, and prices were too high for what you get, but the service and atmosphere were nice

My dining experience at Timbr was nothing short of amazing, from the custom decor, warm ambiance, and top-tier service. The chef, trained under Gordon Ramsay, showcases exceptional skill in every dish, beautiful presentation, and flavorful meals cooked to perfection. The beef Wellington is a MUST TRY. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. From the atmosphere to the cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit—10/10 recommend!

We dined at Timbr Restaurant and Lounge and we would recommend that you try it too! Timbr consists of 3 spaces: the main front dining room (trees throughout and hanging sparkling lights) with open bar and open view of the kitchen, back dining room (a bit quieter and adorned with flowers) and upstairs lounge and bar area (club atmosphere). Has the feeling of a high end Miami restaurant without having to drive to Miami, which is much needed in Fort Lauderdale. Drinks: Timbr Old Fashioned (excellent) and Fluffy Dreams (citrusy, refreshing). Appetizer: Beef Carpaccio - nice, not too cold, it had adequate sauce, and flavor was not overpowering. Entrees: Beef Wellington - (delicious, perfectly cooked and the pastry was amazing) and Prime Filet Mignon (cooked perfectly). I wished they had flaked salt. We also ordered a side of carrots that were not cooked long enough (too crunchy). Dessert: S’mores - The presentation was fun and we enjoyed the smoked taste, but the dessert is served cold…would recommend s’mores dessert be served as a warm dessert. All in all, we enjoyed our date night! Our lead server, Kacey, was amazing and so were each of her assistants. As soon as each course was completed, someone was there, on the spot, to remove the plate. Each course was served with clean silverware. Note: a 20% service fee automatically included on the bill - you may add an additional tip as you sign your bill on the electronic tablet. Parking: You can valet your vehicle at The Wharf or self park in the garage directly across from Timbr. The cost to self park was $9 for 2 hours (Note: You have to pay on the 1st floor machine before taking the elevator up to your vehicle.)

We dined at Timbr on a Friday night and had a wonderful experience. Seated in a quiet back room, we were served by a friendly and knowledgeable server, Carlin. We tried two delicious drinks—Mango Lava Rita and an elderberry-based one. As nonmeat eaters, we enjoyed the few but excellent menu options, starting with octopus, followed by caprese pizza, mushroom risotto, and asparagus, all of which were flavorful. Dessert was a light and sweet crème brûlée. The atmosphere was perfect for both romantic and group settings. Overall, it was a highly recommended experience.

Hip new restaurant with lovely decor. The food was good and the service impeccable. The only downside for me was that it was VERY loud. We had difficulty hearing our waiter and he had difficulty hearing us.
