The staff are always friendly and prompt. The food is well presented and not stingy. We had avocado with pesto which was delicious though the bread was very difficult to cut into.

Great venue just across the road from Flinders St Station, with inside and outside dining. A BIG benefit is that you can book a table in advance online, a very big benefit, because the restaurant is extremely busy at peak eating times. The service was first class and very friendly and professional. The extensive menu offers something for all tastes and budget.

We attended last night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The waitress dropped half of a pizza on to our table from the plate upon delivery, followed by an awkward pause. If that was the only issue it would be ok, accidents happen. Following this, I was given my sweet potato salad without the chicken I ordered. After advising another waiter of this, I was then given the right salad with the chicken, and was told the salad I received was meant for somebody else. I then assumed they were going to give this to the poor person who ordered it after it was sitting in front of me for 5 minutes. Following this, I noticed immediately that the chicken in my salad was extremely dry, but after the previous mishaps I wasn’t going to say anything further as we had a show to attend. I also don’t think $29 for a sweet potato without chicken is good value if all you’re getting is a mixed leaf salad with balsamic and a small cube of fetta on top with the sweet potato.

Regrettably we spent 60 minutes of the 90 minute booked dining period waiting for food, as it then transpired that staff had “forgotten” to send our order to the Kitchen. Fortunately our booking period was extended by another 30 minutes to allow us time to eat! When food did arrive, the Beef Burgers were fresh and tasty, but more flair would be welcome: the items were just served with chips (as described on the menu) but for the higher-end price of $32 each, a small salad would be a reasonable accompaniment. The Gnocchi was well rated by a child in our group. Tbe drinks serve was fast, efficient and prompt, with Strawberry Margarita, Pina Coloda, Aperol Spritz, Elderflower Spritz, and Pineapple Passion being all being consumed by our table! They were all excellent! In summary, come for the drinks!

Booked an outside table for the impromptu Robbie Williams gig at Federation Square. Great customer service, good seating and a terrific meal. Nightmare trying to get into the venue due to only one entry point for the concert, but this was not the fault of the restaurant staff in anyway, just poor planning by those arranging the concert. We will definitely be back.
