Une visite au Tin Roof Bistro vous plongera dans l'architecture de la mission de Santa Barbara. Vous y serez accueillis par trois arches et une décoration en acajou. De grands bols d'agrumes colorés, utilisés pour les cocktails, trônent sur le long bar de 6 mètres. Celui-ci est parfait pour boire un verre de vin ou manger une bouchée. Plus loin, vers la cuisine de démonstration, vous entrerez dans le salon, souvent appelé la bibliothèque des vins. Les différentes bouteilles, réparties par région viticole, sont exposées sur des étagères en bois. Par les fenêtres du côté nord de la salle à manger, vous pourrez contempler la fontaine de la cour. Le décor, réfléchi et collaboratif, vient illustrer les différentes zones du restaurant. Le Tin Roof Bistro vous propose aussi deux expériences culinaires extérieures distinctes : la cour avec service complet et le grand porche à l'avant pour prendre des hors-d'œuvre, un cocktail et jouer à la boule lyonnaise.

We were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time. Disappointed in the time management but the staff gave us champagne while we waited. Brussel sprouts were undercooked but had a delicious sauce. The caesar salad was underdressed, I’d skip it. The short ribs were tender and the fries were crispy. Handmade veggie lasagna was underwhelming. Maybe we ordered the wrong things but not entirely impressed with the food. Very cozy restaurant with a busy atmosphere.

Not sure what it is but, every time we visit here, the host is terrible. Servers are always great but, something is off with their hosts.

We started with Calamari, Oysters and Salads. The calamari was good and enjoyed it prepared as Fritto Misto, the calamari was crispy yet moist the marinara and tartar sauce was tasty. The Oysters were fresh, some of the oysters were better than others in the order. The Salads were a typical chain restaurant type salad. I had the Scallops and thought the scallops were good however the cream sauce with potatoes and artichokes were overwhelmed by all of the cream sauce that covered the dish. My daughter and husband had the shrimp pasta. The pasta was overcooked and shrimp was thrown in the dish. The pasta reminded me of a frozen package meal with olives added for effort.

Loved everything! We had the best bartender, Clark. Highly recommend their Wildflower cocktail. For appetizers we got the Brussels sprouts, French fries (came with a blue cheese topping) and their spinach artichoke dip. All for amazing! Loved their Bistro burger too.

Tin Roof is our go to restaurant for a easy night out during the week or when family and friends come over. It never disappoints and all the staff is so nice and on top of things!

Over a year ago, we had one bad dining experience with cold or lukewarm food. This was just an isolated case since we dined here often in the past. We decided to return to Tin Roof and we are glad this time the food was served hot!. We will dine here on a regular basis.
