I gave only 4 stars for my overall experience for 1 reason, and one reason, only. This was a restaurant inside the hotel zaza, I made my reservation on open table w/ plenty of notice and yet they still did not even know we were coming. The table was not ready for 8 of us to sit at even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. I expected more of the hotel zaza. Other than that, the waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. the drinks were exceptional. The food tasted amazing, Especially the goat cheese. We will definitely be back, but perhaps with a smaller crowd. Happy birthday to me.

It was a bit loud early on as the bar crowd was in full swing but calmed down later. The lamb was the star dish but we also had calamari, short rib, crab pasta and desserts which were all delicious.

It was indeed a great place for catch up with friends. Quiet dining area and easily accessible with the parking and entrance. Despite the place being barely full the food took some time to arrive. When arrived it was tasty. The chef saved the day with offering a free cookie to my 1 year old.

The customer service was lacking. No warmth or welcome feeling from them. The waitress was not really present either. Was expecting more from a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel but really lax service for how empty the restaurant was for brunch. The waiter had only out one table but was rarely around and rarely asked how our food tasted. I had to send the bacon back 3x because they couldn’t seem to make soft bacon (for my kids) and my $23 burger was charred to the point where all I tasted was carbon even in their 2nd attempt… Drinks were weak, and the berries were underripe/sour. Pancakes were pretty good but very sugary. Cake was ok but the road flare sparkler they used to celebrate my mom’s birthday made our area stink like 4th of July for about 10+ minutes.

Food food but staff was a little slow. Not sure the French toast was any different than any other & way too expensive
