   BEWARE: This is inside the Hilton Hotel and you must pay $40 for parking. I found out the hard way. OpenTable does not detail this in their description (just checked again). My 70 minute dining experience added $40 do the $120 I already spent. While the service was excellent, food was amazing (table side guac is incredible), and all the things. There is a very clear disconnect between the hotel and Todovos. I entered the structure at a time where the ticket was not printing, I used the buzzer at entry, they lifted the gate and let me in after my explanation of dinner. Upon exiting, I was forced to pay the $40 by pressing the "lost ticket" function on the exit gate hence paying the $40. I then circled back around to speak with the desk representative and he said there was nothing he could do. I would not have chosen this for dinner had I known a different circumstance. But I wanted a sit down dinner. If you are not staying at the hotel, I would not suggest driving to Todovos. Otherwise you'll be charged to $40 self park.

   Food was terrific. Service friendly but seriously understaffed. No disasters like others have reported. I would happily return. Special shout out to the margarita royale…. An excellent cocktail

   So bad, we left before getting our food. We were seated promptly, but the hostess essentially ran to our table, dropped the menus down, and left. Considering the restaurant was only about 50% full, we thought "odd, but OK..." We were seated for at least 10 minutes before being "greeted" but when we were, it was anything but a greeting. The server, Jordan, simply walked up and said "can I start you with something?" No greeting, no welcome, no introduction. We only knew her name because she was wearing a name tag. We placed our full order, including bar drinks, appetizer, and entrees. When ordering the tableside guacamole, she stated "It's not going to be tableside, we don't have enough runners - they are going to make it in the kitchen." We ordered an alternate appetizer, as we were looking forward to customizing the guacamole. After 30 minutes, still no drinks, no appetizer. at around 35 minutes, Jordan delivered the drinks, put them on the table, and continuing on without a word. She then placed a basket of chips on the table. No salsa, nor the requested side of guacamole that we asked for with the appetizer. At the 50 minute mark, we still had no appetizer, nothing to eat with our chips, and no apology/acknowledgement of the delay. During this time, we also noticed that the tables on both sides of us, who had both been seated before us, also had no food, and were getting restless. One member of the table next to us got up and went to talk to a manager. We noticed the same from someone a few tables over. Again, the restaurant was MAYBE 50% full... but it seemed to be utter chaos, as nobody had food, none of the servers were seen doing anything, and no management presence on the floor to talk to guests and apologize/explain or give any updates. After ONE HOUR, we got up and decided to leave. Jordan followed us to the host desk, and when I thought she would try to get us to stay, she simply handed us a parking validation. She was not at all surprised we left.

   I don’t always have high expectations with restaurants in hotels but the meal I had was excellent. I had the birria tacos and my husband had the carnitas, both very good!

   No one came to our table for a good 15 mins., my husband finally had to ask a manager to send someone over. They put my husbands order in wrong and he had to wait another 30 mins for his food. My food was cold bc the busser couldn’t figure out which table it went to. They were short staffed and all over the place. Do better.

    What a lovely restaurant. Top notch service. Food delicious. We had freshly made guacamole, chili y queso (warm chips), rice and beans and a burrito, tasty margarita.
