   Went to Tommy's for the bottemless brunch. Mexican food was more like mexican inspired, at best. Guacamole was more like the avocado mash you would find on avocado toast. Missing the flavors of onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime. Covered in roasted sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds that overwhelmed the flavor. The chili oil was not enough to make up for the other missing elements, so definitely not impressed. Tuna ceviche was fresh and delicious, though sitting in soy citrus broth, which made it feel more asian and mexican. The pappas bravas was more in line with a cheap snack pack, just with roasted potatoes, chili sauce, and garlic sauce, no fries / chips, no meat. The corn was nice and gave the most mexican flavor profiles of any of the dishes. The chicken wings were very tender, but again nothing overtly mexican about them. Churros were just fried bread, missing the cinnamon and sugar, though the dips that accompanied them were terrific. The tacos were just ok. The braised pork was flavorful, but disintegrated the tortilla after sitting for a couple of minutes. Overall could not complain about the quantity of food, but when looking for good mexican food in Sydney, this isn't it. The margaritas were quite good. But at one point we placed an order for our next round and it took about 30 minutes to come out. They were quite busy so its possible the forgot. Or they simply slow walked them to us to make sure we only consumed "x" amount, as the rest of the meal was timed almost perfectly. All to say, don't advertise bottomless if there is an internal limitation. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn't go again for the $100 pp price tag.

   I booked a table for 13 people for my birthday with one of my guests being absent due to illness and unable to make it - I was charged $50 for this as a no show. I understand being charged for unreasonable no shows however one person who was ill is out of my control as the host and makes me neither want to recommend this venue nor return myself. The food was not of the quality I had experienced a few years ago nor were the drinks. Overall a disappointing experience.

   Fantastic experience, incredible food, reasonably priced, really great staff who were attentive and provided great recommendations and service, without being overbearing. Really fun night! Thank you to all!

   We thought you ordered own main with the $ 99 deal, but not so. Never mind we opted for order your own and it was no bother. We had 2 little ones with us and they enjoyed too. Would recommend to anyone- Moreton bay bugs was a little scabby - just say bug. Would definitely have the tomahawk, any taco and the kingfish ceviche again. Our table also had a guacamole that had a hard piece of avocado in there!! So look not a perfect night but a very good one

   This is my second visit to Tommy’s and we were very disappointed. The menu changed and it was terrible. The $75 banquet was so expensive considering you get 1 tiny entree 1 tiny average taco The corn ribs and the steak are charged extra The potato is also an extra The tortillas are extra The ceviche is also extra And then they force you to eat dessert but won’t give you a a savoury option to swap it for. WTH? We paid close to $400 and walked out hungry and disappointed. The noise level was awful too. Everyone was drunk. If you want to get plastered Tommy’s is for you. If you expect a decent meal for your money go somewhere else. Absolutely awful Bring back your old menus Tommy’s And how about you make more generous servings? You have become too overpriced and your food is below average. I’ve eaten tastier dishes in my local Cafe.

   Hey Gabi! We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our new build your own banquet menu is actually bigger than our previous banquet menu. Guac and chips for the table, choose your starter, choose your taco, choose your main, choose your side ( potatoes arent extra if you choose them as your side) and finishes off with dessert. We have the options to add extras and upgrade to the steak which is a higher quality cut than our previous steak. There is also the option to upgrade to the tomahawk! The build your own banquet has been very popular, people enjoy themselves at Tommy's and thats the way we like it. I must try your local cafe!

   Not sure if there what is a change in ownership but the food was highly disappointing. Nothing like what I had previously experienced. The environment was so loud I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts and the staff seem to hurry everyone along very quickly so I didn’t feel like we could enjoy the experience.

   Restaurant didn't read booking nor respond to phone call or text. You're steered towards the set menu which is expensive for what you get. Spicy margarita is regular with hot sauce. I'll go nextdoor next time.

    Great value and great quality dishes! I was convinced by my friends to get the sirloin for the table, and I'm glad because it was cooked to perfection. Also recommend adding the ceviche which we loved 😋 Bottomless margs were also a hit!
