    Our server was outstanding. All the food runners and waitstaff were phenomenal. The explanation of the food, the presentation, and care with with they were delivered really made the overall experience wonderful.

    When I go out to dine, steakhouses are never my first choice. Reason being that once you learn how to cook the perfect steak yourself, there’s no reason to regularly shell out $$$$ for one cut of meat. That being said, for our belated Valentine’s dinner, we indulged in this rare treat at Top Cut Steakhouse. There were some definite hits and misses throughout the night, and for a dinner over $450 (including tip), I want to you get the most value out of your experience if you choose to visit. The hits of the night included the cucumber & basil gimlet, the truffle salt French fries, & the recently introduced banana cream pie. Of course, the steaks were flavorful & tender – no notes there. Would 100% go back for the steak. Where I was the most disappointed was the seafood. The shrimp cocktail had pretentious & wasteful plating, and the sauce to protein ratio was really off. Way too much sauce for the amount of shrimp you got (they typically only serve 3) – and to be fair the Dijon mustard sauce & zesty lemon sauce didn’t complement the shrimp that well. Simple is sometimes better. My South African lobster tail was bland, cold, a bit overcooked, and did not come with the clarified butter I had asked for. Luckily, I had a béarnaise sauce alongside my steak I could use to give it some flavor. Looking back on the experience, while it was enjoyable overall, I’m not quite sure it was memorable. The dining room, while elegant, almost feels corporate. The food, while mostly delicious, was overpriced.

    Hands down the best meal and dining experience I have ever had outside of Vegas. Attentive staff, but never interrupted us and didn’t check in every 2 seconds, beautiful ambience and atmosphere that made you feel like you were eating dinner in a big city high-rise restaurant. Everything oozed class and sophistication. Then there was the food… I haven’t enjoyed a meal that thoroughly in years. We lost ourselves in the flavors, trying each others dishes and just having the most joyful time together! I can’t recommend this place enough, just go, splurge, and enjoy the experience!

    Loved the lobstet and nachos & cheese. Drinks were perfect. Jason’s service was excellent as always.

    My wife and I dined out for a nice quiet night out. We both ordered the filet and were not disappointed. The crust of the steak was just right and the steak was cooked to the correct temperature. The atmosphere on that weeknight was nice and quiet.
