   First time here. Everything was delicious. Everything looked and sounded wonderful on the menu. We had the hamachi tartare with rice crackers - yum! The mushroom and hemp seed pate with assorted breads, crackers and pickles - delicious ! Grilled oysters ( there were 3 of us and 4 oysters in the order and they gladly added 2 to the order so that we each had 2) - yum! Also ordered the bahn mi. There are choices of protein and we chose the grilled galangal pork - delicious! I want to come back and try everything. You order by QR at your table, but if you have any questions they are there to help. Ellis suggested some items and we were happy with those. Cocktails are divine. Had a fairly new one called Mandarin Biretta - a mezcal cocktail that was clean and fresh. We liked it so much, we had two!

   I think our table tried almost everything last night. It was all delicious. The Lions mane fritters were amazing as was the crab and beet salad. Will be going back next week.

   We love Top Hatters, but unfortunately Saturday night was a big miss. Our reserved table wasn't ready so after standing around awhile, we decided to take a seat at the bar instead. But oops - one of the staff was so busy there, they barely looked at us and the other bar staff was deep in a long conversation with a friend, so not on duty I guess? We sorta took it all in but it started to feel like our presence there was a bit of a burden. I couldn't decide what to drink, but stuck with just water after noting that the staff was too busy to check in on a drink order or answer questions. The noise volume there was pretty high too - Sat night, I get it - so eventually we moved to an open table that was offered to finish our meal. No more drinks, no dessert. 'Let's just get out of here,' we said. Sorry guys - you were busy for sure and we empathize, but our visit felt like the straw in the camels' back for your busy crew and that's not a great feeling. On a better note, we visited recently during off hours and were treated like royalty. Moral of the story: We'll avoid TH in the future in favor of other fav restaurants for dinner, and stick to off hours when we crave TH food.

   I love this restaurant, but watch out when you make reservations for evenings when there is a special Prix Fixe menu. We went on Valentine's Day and did not realize all the prices were doubled.

   The staff were great and meals were delicious. I didn’t realize that they only had a prix fixe meal at $200.00 which was a little steep for the food that was served. Other than that I would definitely come back.

    Always walk away happy after a meal here. Highly recommend trying all the smaller dishes and their Amazing cocktails, the bartender is one of the best
