   We were first timers at Torcello and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly host Beautiful decor, tastefully done. A very innovative menu with lots of choices and our dinners exceeded our expectations. The food was plated attractively and everything was delicious! I hope that everyone in the area gives this gem a try; they will not be disappointed.

   The service was exceptionally slow. We didn’t get our entrees for close to an hour. The noise level was extreme. Very unhappy with the experience. Other times we dined there it was good which is why we returned. Won’t be coming back. A shame.

   Excellent food and service. The maitre'd even moved an overly noisy group from the bar to the next room at our request, and then we we able to have a pleasant conversation among the four of us. Charming and professional.

    We had a delicious dinner in a lovely setting with excellent service. The newly renovated restaurant is tastefully decorated and the owner is very pleasant and friendly.
